The hotel is nice and clean with modern vibe. We were driving and the entrance was hard to find. The staff is helpful but the English level can be improved Hotel is located in a business building , there’s not much to do in the area

Clean and modern hotel. Very nice night view!!! The only bad thing is hotel don’t hv smart TV, can’t use Netflix and YouTube on TV

The room has a spectacular view of the Nagoya skyline, with rooms located above 33 levels and above. Room service was immaculate and provided kids amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pyjamas. Service staff were all friendly and always ready to help. Location wise, it's sheltered all the way from level 2 to subway, which is just 1 stop away from the busy Nagoya Station. For people who like a good morning workout, it's just a 15-minute walk to Nagoya. Along the way, you can grab Starbucks or McDonald's. The popular Komeda Coffee chain is also just a 5-minute stroll away. There is also a convenience shop like 7-11 within the same building as the hotel and a Drugstore Matsumoto for you to buy a wide assortment of skincare and makeup!

Room is big and view from hotel is beautiful. Good food in the restaurant.

Wonderful and clean hotel.. not so near to Nagoya station.. about 20min walk but there’s a kintetsu station which is 5 min walk

Nice central location, easy to get around. Really nice view from the hotel as well, clean and spacious room! Only gripe would be the accessibility of the hotel where there are only 2 lifts leading up to the lobby and they tend to take awhile

The view was amazing! Best view ever. I could see the sunrise. Amenities are great and the beds are comfortable.

The atmosphere in the hotel lobby is great. Rooms are at the top floors of the tall office building. The room is clean and easy to use. The view of the room is fantastic. I have nothing to complain about this stay.

Gorgeous view of railway inside the most economic room type, even not including breakfast package, still admirable. Excellent floor layout design with rooms surrounding the central foyer. Basement self-parking with unlimited in/ out flexibility deserves credit. Hotel facilities have much room for improvement, as only ice-making machine on most guest floors. Introducing public bath, vending machine could bring more reasons to stay in this hotel. After all, I’m pleased to have chosen this hotel for a 4-night stay, and will reconsider an encore in my next Nagoya visit.

Excellent service with helpful and friendly staff, nice city view from the room.

Good view and good service. The bed is clean and comfortable. My kids like the welcome drink corner. In overall, it’s been a pleasant stay.
