It's our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It's very clean. But this time the towel in the room is a bit old and dirty. After all it's a nice stay. The best thing is the sound quality. U can't hear people walking around and talking. Really have a good rest. Walking around is easy.

The experience was great! Very conveniently located about 4 min walk to Grand Batam Mall and hotel even accomodated my birthday request. Service was prompt as well when requested for amenities like water.

the bedsheets are pretty horrific. dirtyyyyyy! i didn’t bother taking pics of the 2 bath towels and floor mat after seeing the bedsheet. the bath towels are grey when they are suppose to be white. no hand towels were provided. the floor mat looks like people have stepped on it with shoes on. the room slippers provided were beach slippers instead of disposable type. the minibar is FOC but with this level of cleanliness, you sure you want to eat/drink their food? the breakfast was alright if you don’t mind toast bread. the kuehs were hard. even cooking the indomie went wrong as some parts were still hard like u put mamee into water for 10secs, its not crunchy but still hard.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Batam. Strategic locations , very clean hotel. Accept that the aircon is not cold enough especially during day time. Even the lobby is not really cold 😅

Clean hotel, Infront hotel have Circle K mart. Near Batam Grand Mall. Celebration birthday decoration in room is nice and beauty.

Overall great location with shopping center within walking distance. Pillows are not comfortable, can hear some noise from above level.

It's sparkling clean and near to Grand Batam Mall (within walking distance), breakfast was decent too!
