Overall Greater Experience. Room, View, Food, Ambience all are TOP-NOTCH.

It’s a decent property. Food was good. Kids section had all paid activities, it was bit disappointing. Overall experience was good.

Mussoorie is cold and difficult to get around but this hotel made the trek up worth it. The view was astounding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. There are a lot of stairs though so be sure you are willing to make the climb!

Beautiful location

Prima, echt prima service. Fraaie kamers door het geweldige uitzicht. Airco verwarming moeilijk om in te stellen, die zou een duidelijke handleiding moeten hebben. Service bijzonder, tot bijna ," too much". Eigen koffer verrijden werd niet "toegestaan".

Resort Location - a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the picturesque landscape. Check IN / OUT - takes a few minutes. Neatness / cleanliness - it was upto mark. Housekeeping - Team is always in alert mode to cater. Thanks to Mr Balveer, Mr Ajay and Mr Vinod. Adventure sports - Zip line, Burma Bridge.......Thanks to Mr Pankaj & Mr Meeka, as all sports are taken with full safety gear. Food - Either room service or at Resturant service is good . Do try heavy duty stuffed Parantha.

Sterling isn't a place; it's an unforgettable experience! Praveenji and the whole staff of Mussourie Sterling have shown the highest standards of hospitality. I was so touched by their warmth, welcome, being pro about my needs with children, provided an environment of safety, and great food! The room with that amazing view made my vacation the most memorable. Henceforth, whenever I will travel across India, I will always compare the other hotels and resorts to the Sterling Mussourie experience. Wishing the best to the team of Praveenji to keep doing the good work!

Really fantastic stay with beautiful days spring ***** with winter line.Sunset is also amazing.Dining is spacious and food is really good. You can spend a lots of time in indoor as well as outdoor activity. Resort is full of greenary and birds.I would like to thanks Praveen ji and Mukesh Ji for memorable help and medical assistance provided by them. Really beautiful resort with amazing location.

The hotel is top notch with an amazing view of the valley from the room. Ample variety of buffet breakfast. The staff are really courteous. The hotel is located 2 km away from Mall Road. Spacious space for car parking. Overall a nice experience.

Booked this room as a Sterling member and stayed for 2 nights. Got a room in the mid level with a great view. There are atleast 40-120 steps to reach rooms. The lobby was very spacious and had great outdoor views. The Wi-Fi was decent. The reception staff was very helpful at all times. The dinner a la carte was excellent. Rooms had microwave small kitchenette and fridge. There was a small balcony too. Rooms were well maintained and toiletries supplied was decent. It is spread across and has lot of parking. The room service was round the clock and quite prompt. Will surely visit again.

Amazing experience. The welcome drink buransh juice is super good. If you get a chance then buy the bottle too. Their rooms are really good. Great location. It is 18 mins away from mall road via car/Activa but it's a peaceful location. Their buffet is great. But add the buffet in your package while booking the room online instead of buying the buffet all staff is very cooperative nad helpful specially Indu from front office is amazing Overall amazing experience.

Relaxing,soothing trip,.courteous caring staff,. Privilege suite with valley view was great. Its good enough with one queen size bed and a sofa bed in the hall and can easily accomode a family of 4 .Room aesthetics were great.Balcony and bathroom both were connected with both the room by separate doors(great thinking,anyone can use them without disturbing the people in other room). Food quality was superb and tha ala carte rate were very decent . Restaurant was almost always fully occupied but still was very well managed by the staff. Room service was superb.Water or tea packs were made available within few minute The front office staff Indu is very nice and always smiling faces and very polite Must visit place

Above expectation arrangement by Mr Sanjeev Negi. As one or the couple staying had Anniversary we requested Mr Sanjeev Negi if any arrangements can be made, he acknowledged instantly and arranged Cake in the couple celebrating Anniversary and also decorated their room. Mr Sanjeev your promise acknowledged service ensured the couple Celebrated their Anniversary in a special way - A home away from home. The 2 Bhk room booked had amazing view from Gallery. We Thank you for the same and will visit again to experience your Hospitality again. Also we recommend other customers to visit Sterling Mussorire to experience elevated customer Hospitality.
