From checking in to checking out it was faultless. Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service! Room was perfect Gym was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was amazing Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic. Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit. Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid.

My family has enjoyed living at this hotel because its really good location and it has really good helpful staff too.

the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to accommodate but the rooms are not clean up to standard - towels and duvets had a unclean strange smell to them and I did have to request that our room was to be cleaned because it wasn’t done automatically. The WiFi was also super glitchy - we did complain and the latter half of the trip was better but we were struggling to get connected at the beginning.

Terrible reception service. I have been trying to contact the hotel for more than two weeks to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel. They don’t answer calls or reply to emails. It’s just outrageous.

Very nice clean hotel with lots of amenities (swimming pool, gym). It is also next to a small shopping mall with several cafe. Also have free underground parking.

Room is tooo small. The outside environment is okay. Location is good for business visit.

A beautiful hotel with extremely kind and respectful service. The reception staff are excellent, and the waiters and chefs are very clean, meeting your requests with love and respect. I will definitely visit again.

Every thing was great, clean, nice , tasty food at the restaurant  The only thing which really needs attention from hotel management in the bed and pillows need change to a more comfortable ones as we got back and neck pains due to the current ones..although they provided us with double coverings but still the situation is not that comfy

I am booking two rooms for family. Between room was connection door. It was very cozy.

Hotel room is clean and bright. Location is central and convenient, next to mini mart and telco. Staff are friendly and helpful. But room is a bit small, wifi connection a bit slow.
