nice room with kitchen, very clean and the breakfast is nice.

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the "two bedroom" room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people. Nice to have washer machine in room and shared dryers in the basement. The shower space was open to the toilet room so water spills always. Could have a sliding door or curtain to separate. Location is close to tram station Karlsplatz, one stop from the central railway station. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Good and will come again!

Friendly and helpful front desk. Nice clean room with a decent breakfast spread. Value for money and a very pleasant stay for families.

先一句話總結下：服務極差！設施老舊！推脱責任！顛倒黑白！ 我是10月2號（當地時間）入住，共住三晚。 第一天晚上 小夥伴在排隊洗澡的時候，發現下水道堵了排不了水，水漫出浴室到了房間（如圖1），於是等小夥伴洗完我們趕緊下樓找前台（房間裏沒電話，酒店專門的小程序裏的repair部分是發訴求郵件，很耽誤時間） 當晚前台的小姐姐是我們checkin時的小姐姐（酒店內唯一比較友好的），她聽了後説怎麼又堵了（這個房間本來下水道就有堵塞的問題）讓同事和我們一起上樓檢查後回來承諾我們第二天換房（當天客房滿了）給了我們一些幹毛巾自行處理將就一晚，我們也説了第二天會有行程可能要等我們晚上回酒店再進行換房。 第二天晚上7點左右 我們回到前台要求更換房間時被另一位服務人員告知我們沒有在早上把行李寄存到前台，導致如今客滿換不了房間，同時酒店方也沒有就我們堆滿吸水的濕毛巾的房間進行任何清理工作（如圖2），房間中瀰漫著下水道的味道（我們後面自己噴了除味）。 馬上聯繫了攜程管家介入，當時北京時間凌晨，管家也去讓代理方（當中還有一層代理關係）做了溝通但先後反饋1）酒店方不接電話（最後是我們下樓要求房屋清潔的同時問了酒店的電話給到管家） 2）代理方回覆酒店也安排人做了清潔（我們下樓去要求的，並且當晚服務人員態度惡劣還帶有racist）浴室漫水是因為房客沒關好水（簡直無中生有！） 3）房屋客滿，需要換房必須第二天一早去寄存行李 第三天白天 我們早6點出發前寄存行李在前台並要求換房，同時攜程的管家還在替我們同步溝通。中午12點到晚上6點陸續在替我們溝通以及讓代理方和酒店郵件，最終酒店反饋是 1）酒店回覆換不了房間，房間設施沒問題（已經找人疏通了下水道） 2）攜程替我們提出升級換房，回覆全部客滿，沒有房間 3）我們提出需要減免房費，酒店回覆他們沒有過錯，水漫出來是房客沒關好水的問題（推脱責任！顛倒黑白！）故沒有任何減免 在我們當晚回酒店取寄存行李無奈回房間時，前台的服務人員已經是態度都擺臉上一點好臉色都不給我們了 現在回國兩天了，終於有時間理了下前因後果和照片，全部po出來，建議大家避雷這家酒店，除了地理位置還可以其他一無是處！！！ 另外攜程還是可以幫忙處理這類緊急情況的 包括半夜也積極聯繫通話，還是很有行動的包括事後也做了誠意貼補，雖然最終隔着代理方和酒店argue幾輪沒有成功

在該酒店入住兩天，體驗非常差，酒店衞生環境很糟糕，設施也比較簡陋，床上全是頭髮，酒店描述是四星標準，服務設施衞生根本達不到，三星標準也達不到，充其量就是一個青年旅舍，還是一個衞生條件很差的青年旅社

酒店離火車站很近，出門即有電車站，地鐵站。房間較小，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全。冷氣很足。酒店辦理手續全部電子化，登記入住，結帳離開，開房門，全部在手機上完成。
