"The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated!
For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view!
I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation.
I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali."

"Excellent stay in Honglongjing hotel. Nested in the heart of Dali ancient town, you will experience Dali's vibrant atmosphere and bustling streets. The hotel's service is impeccable. Service was prompt and we were treated to Chinese tea ceremony. The villa rooms were very spotless.
The only downside was the road closures around the ancient town. This made it difficult to get to the hotel with luggage. You need a 5-10 min walk to get to the hotel as buses and cars are not allowed in the ancient town. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience"

7. Just that there is no lift inside the hotel (staff will carry up the stairs for you) & no full length mirror

GGæstebruger寶藏酒店。座落在蒼山腳下。環境幽雅有格調，設計師的眼光太好了。房間很大，設施齊全，打掃得也非常乾淨。多對一服務，酒店的飯菜也非常好吃。服務人員温和細緻，會提前溝通到店時間，熱情接待，並且提前調好房間温度。讓旅途疲憊的我們感到安心舒心。本來衹訂了一天，但是太喜歡了，又續住了。酒店裡有一衹小貓，小孩子非常喜歡，追着和貓玩。以後再來大理這裏一定是我們的首選。（實際比照片漂亮多了）

GGæstebrugerService was fantastic, the host was superb! Place was clean, convenient, and included all that one could need on a vacation. In the heart of Ancient Dali, this was perfect for food, entertainment, and shopping. It is also minutes away from the famous Cangshan mountain, and the host is very considerate in assisting you with any arrangement you'd like, including cabs for railway and airport transportation.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the room matched exactly the photos that are on the site. Very often this is not the case. So, all in all it was a very pleasant experience at this location.
Would definitely stay again and certainly would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dali. As a single female, I found this place to be very safe...especially with a considerate host, who looks out for you!

GGeorge112Friendly and convenient hotel. Able to walk around the Dali Santorini area from the hotel. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quick response to questions via WeChat group chat with the staff. Breakfast has 2 options - Chinese style with rice noodles or Western style with spaghetti. Both are very delicious. Would recommend staying here.
