Service started out bad and it got worse. I arrived two hours prior to check-in and I was very understanding that I was early. I sat in the waiting area for two hours waiting to be checked into my room. At 3 PM, I went to the front desk and they guided me to a touchpad instead of handling me personally. I inputted all the information necessary and clicked enter. It froze up and said “insert card.” I went back to the front desk and the attendant avoided me once they realized that the system failed. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get a key card. Now I’ve been there an additional 2 1/2 hours and I finally got into the room. I then discovered that the Aircon and the refrigerator did not work. I went downstairs to ask for help. I was ignored again. Another 30 minutes went by. She questioned my honesty. She asked to enter the room so that I could prove that the items were not working. She acknowledged that the room was really hot. She then made some minor adjustments. An hour later, it was still really hot in the room. I went downstairs again to ask for assistance. Once again they ignored me. 40 minutes later, she finally assigned me another room. Worst customer service ever. IN ADDITION, after assigning the second room, she decided I needed to pay parking and tax that she neglected earlier… even though the website stated free parking. DON’T STAY HERE! Deceiving practices.
