신혼여행으로 갔던 미야코지마에서 이 호텔을 선택한 건 최고의 선택이 아닐까 싶습니다 :) 모든 것이 완벽했던 시설, 프로그램, 뷰는 매일 눈 뜰때마다 행복했고 룸 클리닝 서비스 및 기타 호텔 자체에서 매일 진행되는 요가, 배쓰 솔트 만들기, 선셋 딜라이트 (샴페인 및 칵테일 제공)의 프로그램들은 궃은 날씨에 호텔에서만 지내야 한다면 지루하지 않게 해주는 매력적인 포인트입니다! 조식도 너무 맛있고 뷰도 너무 좋아서 다시 또 미야코를 간다면 꼭 방문할 예정입니다. 다만 이라부 섬에 위치해 있다보니 미야코섬 내에서 많이 움직일 예정이거나 시내를 선호한다면 숙박 기간 자체를 나눠서 스테이 해보시는 걸 추천해요 !

모든게 완벽했던 숙박... 숙소 내 레스토랑이 한개뿐이라는 것 외에는... 차가 있으면, 미야코지마는 위치가 중요하지 않았습니다

가족이와서.놀기에는최고에요 준비철저히해서 가시면 더.좋을듯해요.조식도.서양식일식.둘다.너무좋고.근처비치가시면.다른곳하고비교해도.최고에요 샤워는항상100엔동전이핕요해요.단점은.편의점이하나이고.근처식당들이너무일찍닫거나.예약해야해요.그이외는.가족끼리호캉스하기에는최고에요.그리고.공항픽업해줘요

엄청 기대하고왔는데 신혼여행으로 왔는데 진짜 너무 실망스러웠습니다. 시설,뷰 직원들의 친절도는 매우 만족하나 디너는 너무 실망스럽고 이후 대처도 너무 최악이였습니다. 신혼여행이라 가격이 비싸도 일부로 첫날 기분내려고 디너신청한건데 간이너무쎄서 짜고 물만 마셨습니다. 위가 너무아파서 잠을 못잤습니다. 쉐프가 외국인인지 물어봤지만 아니라고 했는데. . 3번째 음식부터 쉐프메인 음식이엿는데 쉐프 이름건 음식이 . . . 식비만 디너 41239엔 썻는데 진짜 최악이였습니다. 재방문 절대 안해요! 이 가격이면 다른 4성5성급 가죠! 즐거워야할 신혼여행이라서 그냥 참았지 아님 클레임 걸었습니다! 가격에 걸 맞는 호텔이 되길 바랍니다. 미야코지민 2위 아닌것같아요😊

受付のスタッフの説明が分かりづらい。 聞き取りづらい。 施設は綺麗だけど、この金額で味わえる特別感が少なく感じました。

2020年に利用させて頂き2度目の宿泊でした。 オフシーズンの宮古島を堪能できました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございます。 一点気になったのは、レストランで注文したペスカトーレが魚介の出汁の味が全くせず、トマトパスタに海鮮が乗っている感じでした。

酒店風景很不錯，服務和房間也都非常好，但周邊配套比較差，幾乎什麼都沒。建議一定要租車或包車，否則衹能在酒店裡泡着。

The beds were super hard, I don’t understand it being a Luxury Collection. Overall hotel was really nice and elegant, small but good for staying a couple of days. The best part about the hotel was Kana! She was the best thing/person about the hotel. If you need anything or want to get anything done or planned, she’s the person to go to. We had an issue with one of our boat days. When we told her about it, she made it a priority to do all the research for us to find out what happened and gave us options to schedule another with the local people of the Irabu Island, and they were amazing! She hooked it up for us and made the experience 1000x better than what we thought we were getting in to. The location is definitely isolated from everything and the main Miyako Island, but they will take you to some places as long as they are not out of the way. They will drop you off and pick you up from the beach as well. Honestly, if I was Marriott Operations Asia/Japan, I would promote her to GM and move her to another resort as she can handle the stress and abilities of a hotel of this excellence. Kana was the best thing about the hotel!!!

I am a Bonvoy member since 1999. I trust it and when I choose Luxury Collection I know what I get. Here it s a 3 star hotel falling apart it s all old Ikea furnished chairs armchairs tables swimming pool maintained very badly rusty scratched. Did not t throw 750€ a day here it s said for Bonvoy to have this hotel listed. No hall no entrance no charme even plants are in bad conditions and in japan even flowers in public streets are pure perfection.

Iraph Sui was a boutique hotel in a good location with excellent service from staff. The room was well decorated and all that was needed.They provided a free shuttle service to the airport and local beach. The restaurant was classy but expensive. Overall a very good place to stay in Miyakojima.

Stay here 5 nights. The room is spacious with good ocean view. Nice balcony also for you to catch the sea waves sound. Staff and service is good and there is an on demand shuttle to the nearby beach. Daily sunset champagne happy hour at 530 is excellent. Only downside is only 1 restaurant and pool can get crowded w the kids n location is in middle of nowhere close up.

Avoid at all costs. This hotel is 3 stars at best and charges 5 star rates. The property only benefits from its stunning views and location which is not unique and can be achieved anywhere on Miyako. The mid level room was over $1000 and was nowhere near the quality of the other luxury hotels we have stayed at on our two week honeymoon. All of the reviews that are glowing are surely from guests who do not know what a $1000 hotel experience should be. The service at dinner was unbearably slow nearly 2 hours to deliver 1 soup 1 salad and 1 entree. Water was never filled. Our server was so preoccupied in long conversations with other Japanese guests and tables with loud and disruptive children. Lastly the bed was unbearably hard. I know this is a personal preference but trust me there was something wrong with this bed. A hard foam bed with zero fluffy surface at all equivalent to putting a 1cm foam pad on the floor. You will be much happier staying at the brand new hilton hotel.

Irabu Suiでの滞在は、まさに人生の中でも特別な時間として深く心に刻まれました。到着した瞬間から、目の前に広がる宮古ブルーの海と、洗練されつつ温もりある空間に胸が高鳴りました。そして最後のチェックアウトまで、終始感動しっぱなしの滞在でした。 まずお伝えしたいのは、部屋の美しさと居心地の良さ。インテリアはもちろん、清掃の行き届き方、細部にわたる心配りまで、ため息が出るほど完璧。洗濯機や乾燥機が備えられているのも、旅先でとてもありがたく、長期滞在にも最高だと感じました。 朝食と夕食は、どちらも素晴らしいの一言。沖縄の旬の味が詰まった朝食は、丁寧に出汁をとったお味噌汁からみやこ焼きそばまで、一品一品が感動的なクオリティ。夕暮れの時間には、目の前に広がるサンセットを眺めながら、シャンパンのフリーフローとともに心が満たされる贅沢な時間を過ごしました。ディナーでは、地元食材を活かしたコースに舌鼓を打ち、おすすめ頂いた白ワインとの相性も素晴らしかったです。 そして、スパ・マッサージも本当に秀逸。旅の疲れがすっと溶けていくような、至福のリラクゼーションでした。スタッフの方々の技術とおもてなしの姿勢には、プロフェッショナリズムを感じました。 また、レンタカーの入出庫まで丁寧にサポートしてくださるなど、気配りのレベルが本当にすごい。どんな場面でも「こちらが言う前に、すでに動いてくださっている」ような、心が読まれているかのようなサービスに何度も感動しました。 何より、三野様・山嵜様をはじめとするスタッフの皆様のあたたかいお心遣いに、心から感謝しています。このホテルが「ただのラグジュアリーホテル」ではなく、「心の拠り所」のように感じられたのは、皆様のおかげです。 来年はぜひ、自分の両親を連れてもう一度訪れたいと思っています。 Irabu Suiは、私にとって“第二の我が家”のような場所になりました。 本当に、ありがとうございました。
