At first it was difficult to check in when they asked for a credit card on file in addition of to the already existing booking but the staff eventually came around and was nice. I suggest they make that very clear for international travelers in the future because my booking was non-refundable and I had no American credit card after traveling for 4 days.

Perfect for an overnight stay before a morning flight. Easy travel to and from the airport using the hotel provided bus.

Tucked nicely in a corner near the airport with free to and fro shuttle service, it is a nice stay that is both value for money yet has all the necessary amenities. Also a safe place to put up

Location is fantastic just nearby the airport and facilities and amenities really good.

We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise because we had a 7:30 flight the next morning. The room was great, the location was great and the restaurant was good but we weren't that hungry so we had a light dinner and went to bed early. Great little place.

It's extremely bad experience with this hotel. First as new to San Francisco, I was attracted by he front page of the hotel pictures of the beautiful stoch arch architecture and green and lake, however it turned our that the building is a tourist place of Palace of Fine Arts, which is 28km drive from the hotel! That was Cheat #1. And my booking was a Standard King Room with description of bathtub included, however it was not! That's Cheat #2. And I have prepaid the full amount to Trip.com for the two-night booking, and when I checked in at the hotel ths staff requested me to present my credit card saying it was just an “authorization”as deposit and it would be released after chechout, however two days later after I checked out, the transaction was full approved into my credit card bank statement and has been converted into my local curreny, which means that was not an “authorization” but an actual payment! That's Cheap #3. The room is quite small not worth the price, and there is literally no sound proof and I can hear any sound coming from the front door with such big gap between door and frame. Never this hotel again!

Fantastic hotel with great views and efficient catering options for business travellers

Very convenience for transit to/from SFO airport. nice environment and clean room, good to walk in the morning and you can see the airplane departure/landing from the sea shore.

Great location for a shorr stay near the airport.

Use the hotel for a layover. Near airport. Service is good. Well rested before a long 17-hour flight.

shuttle bus is nice. room is clean and comfortable. Will stay next time.

The facility was nice and very close to the hotel. The shuttle gets very busy from the airport but it comfortable and the drivers are great.

Stayed here for an overnight layover. A bit expensive but much better than sleeping in the airport. Very conveinent for a 5pm landing in SFO and a noon departure. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication when it came to (what I was told the night before) a complementary breakfast voucher.
