Hotel Ideale

POSITIVE: I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location; you can reach by public transport the Duomo area and Central Station very easily. The neighbourhoods are safe, lively and with all the facilities you need (shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies...). The hotel room (214 - double room) was very comfortable and was at the back of the hotel, with a window facing the inner garden. Very peaceful at night. I always appreciated a room with a small fridge, and this was the case. The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer and bidet. I have appreciated the refillable soap dispenser (instead of the courtesy of small plastic bottles, which are polluting). The bed was comfy, and the pillows too. The TV was of a good size and with good image quality. Breakfast was good, with a good choice of food and beverage. The croissant was very good and fresh. You can have breakfast both inside but also outside, in the backyard, which is really enjoyable. REMARKS: *there is not a wardrobe, but some open wall coat hangers. * I tried to cool down the room but the AC didn't work. Maybe it was my fault as I didn't know how to use it; I haven't asked because I spent just one night there and the room temperature was ok after leaving the window open for a while.

To tell you the truth, I thought I was booking at a similarly named hotel and was ready to switch when I saw I'd made a mistake. However, we checked in for the night and were pleasantly surprised. The room, though on the smaller side, was immaculate. The hotel was within walking distance to many piazzas that we wanted to explore. Also within walking distance were some really great eateries. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. We decided to spend another night. The morning breakfast offerings were abundant and varied, and offered hand made espresso drinks rather than the push button machine made. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even stored our bags when we needed them to do so. I'm glad we stumbled upon this little gem.

O Hotel Ideale se destaca pelo ambiente acolhedor e um atendimento atencioso, mesmo com dificuldades com a lingua italiana, o pessoal do atendimento sempre buscava as melhoras formas para nos comunicarmos. O hotel fica localizado em uma área tranquila de Milão. Dá para ir caminhando do hotel até o Duomo, mas existe transporte público muito próximo. O quarto que ficamos era amplo. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos. O hotel tinha estacionamento, pequeno, mas coube nossos 2 carros (estávamos viajando em grupo). O café da manhã é muito bom, com opções variadas que agradam a todos os gostos. Recomendo.
