2nd time I have stayed at Panchavati in Aurangabad. Basic but comfortable rooms, helpful staff, a nice restaurant, and very convenient location on station road. This is useful if arriving at night by train. Mr Ashok provides a professional touring service in an adjacent office just outside the entrance. Last time I made a comment on the toilet flush button which was placed in such a way that you had to lean forward in order not to accidentally flush when nature called. This had been fixed, at least in my room Well done Panchavati!

Location is very convenient. Equidistant (less than 2 km) from cubs and railway station. Walking distance from baba petrol pump. Rooms are spacious, clean, with a balcony, well ventilated. Bathrooms are clean. Food was delicious and not expensive. The staff was friendly and cordial.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, nice staff and good restaurant. The travel agency Ashok tours and travels works so well. I hired two tours with them and everything went perfect. They were really helpful and the driver was very kind.

It is one of the oldest hotels in aurangabad but is not updated or renovated since long. Paint is fresh in rooms, but fittings and furniture is old and used. Mattresses also old and deflated. Be d linen is reasonably clean but again old and used. Bathroom is clean but again all old fittings. Service is quick and restaurant food is good. The only 2 good features. This place is okay for single travellers, not very comfy for families. Price is too high for the quality.

We stayed for 3 nights to see ellora caves and other sights. Panchavati is clean and comfortable and good value for money. The restaurant serves tasty, high quality food and beer, and staff are very helpful. Ashoka travels next door can arrange any tour you want.

Overall our stay was quite satisfactory. Only issue was that from 18th feb. Morning onward s all major entertainment and sports channels were not available as hath way the cable service provider had stopped transmission of all those important channels due to higher revised rates. Hence we had no option but to view only very limited channels whichever was available.
