The hotel, while the location is very good the problem is it’s a very aged hotel. It’s also under renovation in a number of parts of the hotel. The staff is responsive and helpful. Not a bad breakfast at all. Full service breakfast or continental, which was adequate for our purposes. The rooms and furniture are really old. Do not expect the modern day technology connections such as USB ports. There is no clock in the room. I compiled a list of issues I saw when I stayed. Hotel needs lots of modernization Hotel under construction No clock in room Plumbing is very old Toilet flush is not very good. Finish worn off faucet Not a single modern electronic port to power devices Old refrigerator w broken temp control. TV is low resolution and old. content is minimal Hair dryer stops working first day WiFi stops working after day 1 resumes days later.

I used to stay here when I have meetings in Milan. The personnel is kind and respectful. The room is clean, with all the amenities you need (toothbrush, comb, slippers, etc.) Breakfast is fantastic: plenty of everything. Wi-fi works appropriately fast.

Vriendelijke front desk , kamers zijn toe aan renovatie. Dit gaat ook gebeuren in het voorjaar. Ontbijt is ok, had beter gekund. Locatie aan de rand van het centrum maar op redelijke loopafstand. We zouden hier nogmaals verblijven als er weer in Milaan zijn.

Avevo soggiornato in questo hotel già alcune volte anni fa, ed il trattamento era stato perfetto. In questo periodo la struttura è però in ristrutturazione e quindi alcuni servizi sono limitati. Il check-in è stato abbastanza "asettico" e come membro Titanium di Marriott Bonvoy non mi è stato concesso alcun upgrade di camera nonostante previsto dal programma (in passato avevo sempre ricevuto almeno una junior suite). La stanza è di dimensioni ridotte ma comoda ed elegante, certamente da rinnovare agli standard attuali. Non erano presenti ne accappatoio né ciabatte da camera. Cena al ristorante positiva, scelta alla carta piuttosto limitata ma personale cortese e disponibile. La prima colazione è stata un'ottima esperienza, con ampia scelta di dolce e salato, piatti caldi, frutta ecc. Ho utilizzato il parcheggio sotterraneo al costo di 15€ al giorno. Tornerò a soggiornare qui dopo la ristrutturazione.
