Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel is very clean, stylish and in a good safe area that's easily walkable. Having the gym was great and there is a circle K opposite of the hotel. The daily breakfast was delicious and healthy located on the rooftop restaurant

Guest service relation team is excellent, made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is good with a variety of food, fresh juice and noodle station. Hotel is clean and close to malls and restaurants.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Me encanta este hotel, las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas y con algunas amenidades de lujo. Pero definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación, te permite estar en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad y encontrar todo caminando.

坦白說，訂房時以為這家酒店是五星級的才訂的，但是到了酒店有點失望了，這就是一間時尚精品酒店，稱不上五星級吧，無論從酒店大堂和各項設施服務等等跟五星級有距離。 本來特地訂了一間帶浴缸的豪華房，沒想櫃檯給了我一間標準間，我據理力爭跟櫃檯要求換，結果第二天才給我換房，我住了一晚普通標準房，酒店應該給我退回一晚的差價才對。
