Rocabella Mykonos Hotel

Amazing place, friendly stuff And helpfull ,wonderfull view ,we love it

Rocabella didn’t disappoint! This is such a fabulous, luxurious hotel in Mykonos. We visited as a family of 3 and were made to feel welcome by everyone in the team. They really are a special bunch of people- other hotels around the world could really learn from their impeccable customer service! The bar staff, pool attendants, cleaning team, spa therapists and receptionists were all friendly and made my daughter feel very special indeed (thank you George especially). I was initially worried about bringing a child to a high end hotel but I didn’t need to at all! Thank you to you all, we visited for an anniversary and you made it so special. Some tips- -Mosquitos made for a few uncomfortable nights. The hotel offers plug ins but I’d recommend bringing everything you can with you to deter them. While you don’t really see them, you feel them! -The pool is a very chilled environment, one of the best we have ever visited. -The balconies look private in the photos but they do tend to overlook each other. You still have some privacy but not as much as the images show. Adds to the Greek charm however! -The hotel is 10 minutes from a SUPER beach, in our opinion the sandy clear waters were amazing. We didn’t really need to visit other beaches (we did) but didn’t really need to. -There is a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill. The walk back uphill is about 20 minutes and it’s quite steep but we enjoyed stretching our legs. -Chora is 12 mins in taxi and well worth a visit. Taxis and private transfers from the hotel are fixed prices (but not cheap so be prepared) -Taxis, food and drink are EXPENSIVE! We spent about £150 a day on basic lunches and dinner (with one drink each!) for 3 people. We struggled to get lunch for under 50 euros anywhere. Ice cream and a coffee- 20 euros minimum. -The airport is super clean but not a lot of food or shopping options- eat before you leave! Hope that helps- we loved our time at Rocabella! X

This boutique hotel provided us a truly exceptional 5-star experience. The location was absolutely wonderful, with 180° breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The Reeza hotel restaurant provides a variety of dishes, excellent in taste and presentation, that caters all preferences. Room cleanliness is impeccable, with attention to all details, while pampering the guests during their stay. The hotel crew offers unique assistance and care by providing an impeccable service that deserves our highest commendation. Our stay was undoubtedly the best experience while vacationing in Mykonos that gifted us with unforgivable memories!

My wife and I came to Rocabella for our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived we knew it was going to be a bad stay. We tried to get a drink at the pool when we got in, no one would come up to us or offer a menu or anything. The initial room we stayed in, had a broken toilet and clogged sink. They moved us into an upgraded room which was the right thing to do, but that room had broken A/C! They had to come by our room multiple times to try to fix until they just offered to move us back to our original room since they fixed all the plumbing issues. We stayed her for two nights and had to move 3 times all on our honeymoon. Seriously don't stay here, the pictures are very deceiving and do not really show the true hotel. They didn't try once to make our honeymoon special, except to offer us a cheap $6 bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Management does not know what they are doing here and he had us talk to the front desk rather than resolving the issues directly with us.

I recently stayed at a Rocabella hotel in Mykonos and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel boasts beautiful and tasteful decoration to the smallest detail. Great WiFi . The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to the amazing sea view each morning was a delight. At night, we enjoyed the stunning view of the island's vibrant nightlife was mesmerizing. The outdoor pool common area is perfect for relaxation, offering great snacks and a refreshing pool. I felt immediately safe, and the vibe truly captures the essence of Mykonos. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Mykonos.

The hotel was nice, very clean. The staff were very friendly. We are breakfast every morning which was great to start our day. Also the pool is nice. The hotel is quiet and a little away from the party in Mykonos which was great for us. We went to the parties and came back to rest. This is a great hotel to stay for vacation
