Good location next to Victoria markets and the lobby is decent. The rooms are tired with marks on the walls and holes in the carpet. Theres also an unknown dirty smell in the rooms. Even when rooms had been serviced, there was still bits on the carpet and the bathroom hadn’t been wiped down. I stayed for 8 nights and the sheets weren’t changed once.

The hotel was well located and all the facilities were good enough. However it markets itself as a design hotel, which apart from an exhibition downstairs, I didn't really "get". Nothing much in the rooms smacked of distinctive design apart from some coloured glass between the bedroom and bathroom that could be levered open and closed. The carpet in my room on the 7th floor was a bit worn and uneven. Not the hotel's fault, but there is some building work happening at a couple of sights nearby. It is close to Queen Victoria markets, which are wonderful and within easy walking distance of everything central Melbourne has to offer.

Jasper hotel is conveniently located just along Elizabeth St in front of Queen Vic Market. Love the convenience but the service reflected the change management. Jasper used to exude warmth and service staff demonstrated genuine care with personal touch to attending to your queries. Rooms were more comfy and well-maintained too. At arrival, my allocated first room had loud noises and first staff said I could sit outside the open balcony to enjoy the wind (it’s winter…). Do you enjoy having meals sitting outside windy balcony in the freezing cold weather? Second staff helped changed to a room but the shower facility is faulty. I just checked in and really wanted to have a proper decent shower. Informed the staff and was told the hotel just went through an upgrading renovation. After all the ordeal, I am thankful the third staff managed to change a more comfortable room the next day. I used to always promote Jasper hotel to my friends in the past. Now, I have to be more careful to share. I hope they will improve on their room maintenance at least.

They were friendly from walking into the front door until you walk out the door, always saying hello and have a good day when you see them in the lobby. Rooms were clean and tidy and I loved the space

Great location, tram station just 1 mins away, staff is very friendly and helpful. Was surprised hotel do not provide toothbrush.

房間面積還可以。 設施：一般 衞生：好 環境：鬧中取靜。出行方便，吃飯方便，交通方便，附近超市多，女王市場就在後麪200多米處。 衞生間晾毛巾的桿和鈎子太少了，連條毛巾也沒地方掛，洗個襪子短褲都沒有地方晾？ 第一次來澳洲，發現他們澳洲的酒店都不提供拖鞋牙膏。最不習慣的是他們的被子都是三明治式，上下包層活動的單子，一動就被脱拉的亂套。枕頭很不舒服。 從入住到退房五天沒有一箇中文服務。退房時想諮詢一下按金怎麼退交流不暢…

酒店環境舒適優雅,服務周到貼心。房間整潔寬敞,配套設施完善。地理位置便利,交通網絡發達。餐飲選擇多樣,品質卓越。整體給人一種賓至如歸的感受,是非常不錯的住宿選擇。
