Great hotel and will repeat again for the upcoming trip

Spacious room, love the bed as it’s comfy and big No iron provided in the room, has to request for it and have to call 3 times to the housekeeping before it’s delivered to my room.

Big room with good service and facilities

This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless. I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️ It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.  What a service!!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭😭😭

A new hotel, nice and helpful staff, conveniently located near mall. A great first stay!

Overall experience was good. The hotel is very grand and the breakfast selection just beyond expectation.

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

Great ambience, facilities and location! All staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a variety of local food. Can be better with a coffee machine and egg station.

Medan is not a place to stay more than one day, but if you want to rest between two flights, it is a good place.

Clean and spacious room with ample amenities refreshed everyday.

The staff at the hotel is friendly and willing to help for anything. The room is very clean and comfortable. There's swimming pool at the hotel. Recommended.

Their facility is good. Gym is very big and well equipped. Highly recommended!
