It’s a nice hotel, quiet, clean and welcoming, breakfast is fine as usual.

Excellent experience, staff very friendly, accommodations clean, and property was well maintained.

Convenient for the business I had to handle… quiet nice room

We had booked this hotel for a Saturday (5/25/24) night the rate was $158.04.We had to change our plans to stay Friday (5/24/24) I called the hotel and ask about making the change .I spoke with Marci she checked and made the change said no problem. She sent me a confirmation but I didn't look at it since she said it was done. We stayed Friday night for a family event on Saturday. When we checked out Saturday for 1 night. The lady at the hotel never mention a rate increase when she changed t I ask for a copy of our receipt to our surprise the rate was $278.77 a $120.73 Increase for 1 day from Saturday to Friday. I sent an email to Marriott about the rate hike that we were unaware of .Their reply was it was in the email confirmation after she changed the date and it was I went back and checked but I didn't look at the email since she didn't mention the change on the phone. With all that being said Marriott would not give me the original rate saying they notified me. Just beware when making any changes with Marriott . As for us we will not be doing business with them in the future .We hope this might prevent the same thing from happing to anyone else.

Our daughter is a freshman at the University about 15 minutes away and plays a fall sport so we have come down many times this fall. This hotel has been a great option when there is a football game and the hotels closer to school are full. We try to always stay at Marriott chains and this Fairfield Inn is nicer than other Marriott chains that are supposed to be nicer. I like that we are 15 mins closer to RDU when we need to catch an early AM flight. The staff are very nice, the hotel is newer and very clean.

I stayed here for one night. I checked in late and left early but the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The employee at the desk was wonderful, welcoming and personable! It is conveniently located off the interstate, near gas stations and within walking distance to some restaurants. I did not take advantage of the breakfast or any other amenities. If in the area again, this is definitely my choice!

The staff at this hotel are absolutely the best in the business! Bo assisted me with getting me to my ADA room. The cleaning staff offered to help me with my luggage as I have to travel with a walker due to knee surgery. I met the GM upon check out and after meeting him I can tell why all the staff is amazing.

Spent 3 nights here to attend a work conference nearby. The staff at check in are all efficient, professional, and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is above par from most out there. The hotel is conveniently located with walking distance of some nice restaurants as well. My only issue was that I had put on my door knob the "relaxing" (aka don't come in my room) card, and housekeeping did go in my room anyway. That made me feel uncomfortable since I put that on the door for a reason.

The room was clean albeit a tad smaller than we r used to. Bath was big as was shower, but closet and bed area pretty minimal space. Bed was comfortable; pillows mushy. Only chair in room was the desk chair so watching tv for two old folks was not ideal. Small fridge was fine. No microwave but coffeemaker. Breakfast selection was very good. Dining area plenty spacious. Only real issue for us was the noisy HVAC unit cycling on and off all night! Value was okay -- comparable to similar hotels.

The staff was very welcoming when we checked in. And when we came back in the evening the girl at the front desk was very cheerful and very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shower was extremely relaxing. The only downside is the traffic noise from being so close to the road our room was 121 I’m not sure if you were higher you would not hear the noise. But I just used ear plugs and it was fine. If we come back we would stay here again.

Stayed here for one night to split up our east coast road trip. Checked in around midnight and Artelia was extremely professional, fast, friendly, and patient with us. She upgraded us to an awesome adjoining room since a suite wasn't available at the time. And, she's just an awesome person overall. The rooms were great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next I-85/I-95 road trip!!! Thank you, Artelia!!!
