This hotel is for people who can't or would prefer not to stay at 'normal' 'franchise' 'cheaply put together' 3 star hotels. The food is home-cooked proper Indian food. They obviously have years of experience behind them to cook like that. The mattress I slept on was the best mattress I have ever slept on in my entire life. The ambience is artistic, there's loads of space, there is no need for this hotel to let you know how many square meters is available in the room you are staying in. It has been designed by people who know what they are doing. The restaurant's entrance looks like something out of a movie. The space is better decorated than any and every Indian serial you have ever watched. The owners can recommend a guide who is a genuine guide as well as shops you might be interested in visiting. I think this hotel will be as good as any hotel you could go to in Mathura and more than likely way better, and definitely better than alot of hotels in major cities all over India. It's up to you. To find out. For real.

Stayed at the hotel for a day only but the room was very spacious. All the amenities were there. Really liked the stay.

The hotel is at great location. It’s a bit old in terms of structure. The bath room fittings are old fashion. Not easy to operate. Air conditioning were not proper. Water wasn’t given rather asked every time. Meals are really really expensive.

The rooms were very bad and were not what they have shown in the pictures. Food is very expensive and not at all tasteful. Very far from all the points as well railway station. No etiquette for customer service as we need to carry our own plates to the hotel. Overall a very very bad exp

Firstly i was given whose geeyser switch was broken and very bad smell in the room. Then after my complain they change. Then in the changed room, traiff was very high compare to type of room, moreover bathoom toilet seat was broken, door wall and tap was broken.

Even i had booked my room through make my trip. But while my first step in hotel, the hotel authority said me that they did not get any massage or call from make my trip. After having a long discussion they understood that we have booked a room in their hotel. They have not arranged a extra bad for the additional third person. However while booking room it has been started that extra bad will be provided. They have provided a matrices on floor. Is it sufficient for rate make my trip or that hotel. I am quite unhappy and feeling foolish to use this app.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but I was really impressed with the housekeeping service at Hotel Madhuvan Mathura. They were very quick to respond to any requests I had. In my opinion, it's one of the best hotels in Mathura when it comes to service.
