Riad is very hard to find and hidden inside a small and dark alleyway. Beware there will be locals trying to show you the way to the riad then demand for tips. When we arrived at the riad we were first sat down near the pool, the staff spent 20 minutes selling extra services available (e.g. tours, private transfers at an extortionate price) and then while we were still carrying our luggage made us walk up and down the stairs to ‘explore the riad’ before we were let to go to our room. Room was not properly cleaned when we checked in with underwear from previous guest left beside the chair. The water temperature for the shower is cold to slightly warm at best. The staff is constantly watching your movements within the riad and we cannot even take a stroll around the public areas of the riad freely. The attitude of the staff was not nice throughout our stay when we did not purchase any extra service the staff recommended. City tax for this riad is 35 MAD per night per guest.

It’s an old Riad but it’s very beautiful inside. The staffs are friendly and helpful! Dinners are incredible! You can tell the chefs have hearts on food. We had a really great time here.

裝修還行的一家裡亞德庭院，服務生熱情，樂於幫助，但是比較難找，需要留意路線。設施和衞生還行，稍微顯得有些老舊。

구글맵에 찍힌곳으로 찾아가니 엄청 어둡고 좁은골목으로 5분정도 꼬불꼬불 더 들어가야했습니다 팁을 달라는 현지인을 쫓아간게 차라리 다행인 수준.. 막상 가니 너무 이쁘고 친절한 리야드직원들 아저씨께서 엄청 친절하세요 숙소도 넘 이쁘고 좋았습니다 조식도 괜찮았어요

このリヤドは大変美しく、ホスピタリティも良いです。一つ問題があるとしたらフナ広場近くの入り組んだ路地の先にリヤドが位置することです。スークに出かけてしまえば自力で戻るのは難しいと思います。 ホテルでの夕食もとても美味しかったし屋上も素敵でした。

非常好十分地地道的酒店，有很多出行上面的便利可以得到，我和我的商務出行朋友都很中意這個酒店！我們下次還會住。

From the moment we arrived everything about the Riad Espirit Du Marco took us to another world. The hospitality shown by Sylvie and all her staff went above and beyond. Breakfast on the rooftop, Reading and relaxing by the pool, cooking lesson from chef. Someone always there to answer our questions. Although this beautiful Riad is in the Medina the only noise you hear are the birds singing.

Great location, very central. Lovely ambiance with attentive staff. Room was very spacious, very clean with fresh flowers. The terrace was used for breakfast and was a great place to relax in the afternoon. Only slight negative is lack of tea and cofee making facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had an excellent stay. Sylvia and her staff are top class and attentive. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The Riad is incredible with stunning features and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was well presented. We will return to this venue.

Lovely Riad with very helpful staff. The rooms are clean, breakfast just right and great location. Enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop in the sunshine with gorgeous views of the Atlas Mountains. Will return! Excellent hosts and food very nice. Sylvia takes good care of you with lots of advice about what to do and where to go x

The riad has been metculously renovated to its 18th century splendor. Rooms are nice and tidy. The personnel is wondefully friendly and attentive. We recommend you arrange for a pick-up from airport through the hotel. Othervice the read is very hard to locate.

A lovely oasis away from the chaos! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with the ability to switch between English and French easily. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious (I always appreciate natural yogurt and honey when I travel to help with digestion and allergies). The spa is incredible! Honestly the best massage I've had to date (and I've had a lot!) - it is worth every penny!! I also highly recommend the chicken tagine and mint tea for a poolside dinner. We had many tagines in marrakech and theirs is my favourite. I also liked the location north of the big square. It's out of the way enough so it doesn't feel to busy but walking distance from all the main sites. Fare warning the walk from the street feels sketchy but it's actually very safe and you are going the right way, just keep watching for the signs . If you're on the fence, I say book it and enjoy!
