The room is way too different than the picture, no amenities provided (had to ask for the tissue), the doors were hard to lock, bed has one layer of cover with one pillow and a duvet cover as blanket, the bathroom floors were very slippery as well as the room floor, there were booger stains (?) on the bathroom walls, grouts were very dirty and i’m not sure if it’s mold there. The only good thing there was the male staff who brought up the luggage and one lady who welcomed downstairs. Also has cockroaches in the bathroom and was given a bug spray - i asked to be moved rooms but was informed that i’d have to pay for a different type of room since others were already taken of the same type.

super clean,accessible to all places and very budget friendly .surely i will book again next time.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Good value for money, close to the main attractions. I walked to Intramuros and the aquarium. The girls at the reception are very nice and helpful. Thank you very much!

Safe and Clean and has a good smell for room, but no amenities and the water has low pressure The towel cannot absorb water😅 but thank you💚

The place was clean and very quiet; however, the amenities were limited. I had a great time during my stay.

Good. A/c is leaking

Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. It has 4 floors, but no available elevator, so you better prepare if you want higher floors, you will use the stairs. On my first day/night, I was assigned to a 4th Floor room, single room, queen bed. The room needs maintenance, or maybe schedule for maintenance (?), because there are two 2 broken tile floorings colored in black, however, if you forget to manage and step on it, it creates a noice of like a shattered glass. More so, in the bathroom, its dim, the other light is busted, and there are holes in the ceiling. I am not saying this is true to all rooms, and worst, the floor in the bathroom is slippery even it is dry, and more slipperier when wet or during shower, so you be careful. Thank you.

We didn't had the chance to stay there due to unexpected change of plans but base from other reviews we might have experience the best at your place. See you next time around. Godbless!

Very cute . Its also quite comfortable considering the price , the workers were all very polite and were helpful in reservations, bookings ,taxi service and food orders .Also for directions and further help it is best to ask the staff , they are all willing to help, excellent customer service. A reminder, 1. You would have to bring your own toiletries and perhaps an indoor bathroom slipper , but beddings and a towel is provided and rooms are regularly cleaned 2. there is no elevator , but staff do help with bags 3.Water pressure can also be low on the upper floors ,but itis sufficient to take showers 4. There's free wifi and Good Ac 5. Always recheck bookings if you plan to stay longer , they will give your room to the next customer if you don't pre-book before your checkout date 6.There are lots of convenient stores all around the area so if you need anything just walk to the nearest store. Overall ,my stay was a good experience, would definitely considered staying again for a solo trip.

I only booked this hotel expecting that I will have peace of mind when taking an exam but also sleep well after passing it but surprise me it was a terrible decision I made. The Wi-Fi is inoperable and cannot establish network communication to the testing app installed in my laptop. For several days, I communicated this to the proctors about the situation and thankfully they gave a voucher to schedule another exam. I will not book in this hotel again. Not worth the stress I gained. Tldr: Don't book this hotel if you want good network connectivity.

The place is good for travelers who just want to rest and sleep, the room is comfy and economy rooms are for 1 person only..they have water dispenser in every floor hot & cold..I forgot to take photos for the room i stayed but its good..

The service was ok but amenities isn’t good even the towels cannot absorb water when you use it.
