Room spotless and comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. I rang the hotel ahead of my booking to request a top floor quiet room, which is exactly what I got. Had absolutely no issues at all. Even a large free carpark to the back of the building - just have to enter registration into a tablet at reception. Will definitely be back.

I came to stay here so I could be near my family for new years and Christmas so i stayed here for a while and I wasn’t expecting much. But it was an amazing and unique experience for the piece I payed it was so cheap the room up to standard and lovely and all the staff was amazing. I suggest this place to everyone.

Convenient location, good price and free carpark that make your stay good. Well connected to the town by metrolink. Minor things to be improved, such as the exterior maintenance and tv features that worked very slow. In general the stay was as expected.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel was elegant and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Loved the delicious breakfast and the cozy atmosphere. Great location close to attractions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Had an amazing stay! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering excellent service with a smile. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

I came here as my flight got delayed by a few days and it was only picked because how cheap it was not expecting anything crazy but it was the best stay I have had. The staff were all complicit and nice they only treated me with the most up most respect. The room for me and my wife was perfect and it had no flaws and if I ever come back to this county I will definitely come back here and I suggest this to anyone reading this.

Worst premier inn ever. Room was usual reasonable premier inn standard, but the sleep wasn't. People in room above and extremely noisy creaking floorboards meant I hardly got any sleep. I booked as had to travel from out of the area for an early appointment in town, would've been better sleeping at home and setting an early alarm. Will never return.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The location was great for us and close to a variety of visits we needed to make. The room was very clean and tidy with good facilities. The restaurant provided a lovely breakfast and very enjoyable evening meal. All told a very enjoyable visit.

Lovely hotel Very clean and pleasant Great location near to Heaton park You can go for a nice walk Rooms were clean and great Reception has a lovely lobby It is a restaurant next door and free car park We are coming back hundred percent !!!!!!!!
