Great facilities in the room itself. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing basic meals. Good quality tea and coffee supplied. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the cafe was great too.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. It is an old building so the rooms are not really soundproof - we could hear the people above walking around constantly. Even though the room is stunning, it was incredibly dark - there are a lot of small lights but no big light in the main room or kitchen making it hard to see. However, the room is decorated well and there are all the things you could want in a mini-apartment - pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, kettle, a stove top, toaster and an electric oven. The hotel really has gone above and beyond to make the room feel like a home away from home.

The hotel is very convenient to access different areas and train station. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The renovations and refurbishment are trendy. The only issue is they don’t clean the room everyday and the cleanliness is yet to improve.

The room is so pretty and well deigned, the staff is very nice too.

This hotel was so nice it made you almost not want to leave it! The full kitchen and washing machine were so useful. The view of the city was great. And the overall look of building was impressive. The staff were also very helpful.

Pleasant staff, Nice room with good features, great shower and bathroom- room got a bit warm with the unseasonable weather and a bit too noisy outside to have the window open. (The supplied fan was helpful but large considering the room size so was noisy) goody bag for dog and they can provide dog beds and bowls. Attached coffee shop was decent. Handy location near to Manchester Piccadilly station. Walking distance to brewery taprooms for Track, Cloudwater and sureshot as well as to city centre and a stones throw from the village and the vimto monument(a must see:))

The location is good, but not user friendly for luggage, i need to take 2 of my luggages (30kg) alone upstarts to the lift to my room. That’s killing me, I dun expect that hard for me, it’s not worth to pay that price. I found we have other better choice among that area.

They provide smart TV , a very big refrigerator, provided washer and dryer , and the room is very clean. The receptionist is very nice and provide an excellence service

Nice lobby with friendly employees. The air vent in the underground stuido need to be stronger

Hotel location is closing to city center as well as Piccadilly Station. Building itself is a old historic house.

Great place. My partner and I spent our anniversary here and really appreciated the free drink at the bar to celebrate. The studio apartment was everything we needed and more. Thanks so much!
