Kristalli Hotel Apartments

Third visit to the Kristalli, and the first in 5 year, I have to say still one of my best holiday experiences, the family that run the place are second to none, friendly, fun and welcoming. Being honestly recognised after a 5 year hiatus was memorable to me and my wife. The rooms are great with everything you can possibly need, the location away from the strip with lots of tavernas to chose from, all great food. Hats off to you guys for making yet another memorable stay for us, we will be back why wouldn’t we ❤️❤️

A true gem of a hotel in the Old Town. The family are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. All staff members are also polite and courteous too. The room we had was spacious and immaculately clean and room service was excellent. An excellent pool area with beautiful gardens and plenty of sun beds . We will be visiting again for sure Thank you

Stayed at Kristalii in August for 9 days and the service, rooms, food (especially Feta in the oven, a must try), location, grounds and staff were all exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here & if I do come back to Malia I would make this my first choice. I have stayed at various hotels in Malia over the years but Kristalii stands out as one of the more premium for a very respectable price given the standards they uphold. Thanks for a great holiday. We have just come back from a week at Kristalli, we had a throughly fab time, the apartment was great, clean and had everything you need, the pool and bar area is very clean and plenty of sun beds, the pool is a little small but that's a minor detail. It's within walking distance 5/10mins to lots of beautiful traditional restaurants in the old town and a 25 min walk to the beach and the strip. What made the holiday is the staff absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and so friendly! Thanks so much to the whole team!

Just back from 14 night stay and can't say enough good things about our trip. Apartments and grounds are immaculately clean, housekeeping staff are very pleasant and obviously take pride in their work. Bar staff and owners of the hotel are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Good selection of food and drinks at pool bar. On arrival there was a bottle of wine In room waiting for us thought this was a lovely gesture. We've already booked for next year!

Me and my wife have been going to Greece for many years. We found the Kristalli hotel to be one of the best in Malia. The first thing that strikes you is how clean the hotel is. The hotel grounds are immaculate as for the rooms there are different size of rooms you can book. We upgraded to a larger room, it was huge lots of space to move around there is a very good size bathroom with a large walk in shower. As for the kitchen area is basic but functional but who wants to cook when on holiday but is ideal if you want to make a sandwich. Now for the staff. I would like to say a thank you to the night security man who helped my wife when she fell he was very helpful. As for the owners and bar staff, they could not do enough for you always smiling and very friendly. Just to mention the air-conditioning is extra but this is standard practice in Greece. You may find cheaper hotels in Malia but I guarantee you will not find better. Happy holiday to you.
