Very convinience for couples & families... will book again in future... the staff very professional...

The hotel is very nice and well equipped. The toiletries have everything you need. The personnel are not friendly and bus leaves are most of the time late.

I always love their hospitality and cleanliness of the room. Amazing

Very friendly staff, location is very near to Haram, services all around. Overall it was pleasant and comfortable stay with no major comments.

Shuttle service to haram is top of the range, almost every 30 minutes. Helpful staff Barber shop and other shops in the building as well. Laundry service also available. Overall brilliant 5 stars

The hotel was ok. A bit far out to the masjid al haram but there were shuttle services. The rooms were a little on the small side though and the walls so thin, you could hear people from the other rooms - including their snores!!! Some parts around the hotel and the view also looked like a construction site. The staff were polite and helpful.

Everything was good except shuttle service. Shuttle service was amazing from hotel to haram shareef. But coming back from haram shareef to hotel I was not able to get the shuttle service at least in my whole three days trip. It was pathetic that no one was having any clue regarding where to get the t to come back I faced extremely exhausted experience and every-time I took taxi to reach back to hotel by paying 50 riyal, 70 riyal 80 riyal it was crazy honestly. Just because this shuttle service **** I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel at all. This is my first and last time staying in this hotel.

Very clean and helpful staff. There was a problem on the system with my booking but was fixed very quickly. Please give my thanks to the lady who works in the marketing office on the prayer room floor. Not walkable distance to the Haram however the shuttles are so constant so the location does not even matter as you’re always 5 minute drive from the Haram.

Room was not so clean service was bad on the reception very rude booked for two adults and 1 child but gave me 3 adult bed room because normal double bed was not available very bad not happy

Hotel is alright but staff at reception need customer service, rooms are very good size, restaurant is the worst food varieties so bad lucky we downloading app to order a food, room service not enough staff to work.

Good bus service every 30 minutes 24 hours. Bus stop at -2 safwah tower but also have to walk and sometimes a bit crowded.
