I was book room from 2 days before Im coming, And Im paying online by card... when I come and Receptionis said they didn't find My book in App Trip.com Also they said Hotel only available in app Agoda and *********** And Number Phone Hotel in This App is FAKE/SCAMMER So, I trying to call Number Hotel in Trip.com, but many times I call they didn't Answer... Finally, I paying again and had Lost My Money ... So Please, If you Want to Book Hotel in This App ( Trip.com ) or Another App, Make sure there is number not Fake and Dont Paying Before your arrived in Hotel 👍🏻

In second time stay it was much better than 1st.
