clean but I never like i need to put up security deposit

Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

The room is okay for couples but the location doesn't look safe and there are no fast food nearby

The hotel is good for short stays but the location is kind of shabby and a bit unsafe especially during the night. Recommended but try to stay aware if going outside.

地點蠻方便的，但是坪數有點小，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，早餐是餐盒，三種口味可以挑，還可以，走出來附近有商店可以買東西，還算方便，離商圈也近

Comfy bed, good shower, gym was great. Best of all the coffee shop on site makes good Cappuccinos with alternative milks. Really good Filipino food across the street for a couple of dollars. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Manila

👍 A cozy bed in an air conditioned room, a table for two for your order-ins, & a warm shower, MyStay hotel is one of the competitive ones around BGC. They also have a cafe on the ground floor. 👍 Plus the front desk is very helpful & accommodating to me & my kid's needs (sorry I forgot their names✌️) They are also knowledgeable of the surrounding area like an ATM or convenience store, etc.

Staff is amazing! they are very accommodating and our room was clean. this place is very accessible to BGC that you could even walk. Price is super affordable knowing that you are almost in bgc, so sulit na sulit na ito for me! Last March 2024 was my 3rd time to book this hotel. Thank you so much Kim for the assistance! will book again soon!

This place is so dirty and nasty. I regret staying here. Attached are pictures of massive urine and blood stains on the sheets and towels. And yes they charge a fee if the linen is dirty so make sure to check before checking in. I mainly booked this place because it said it was new but it's so dirty. Dirtier than older places and the dirtiest place I've ever stayed at. There's also a deposit and I was given a hard time about it

It was a great stay experience with my girlfriends during our come up to town, I love their comfy 4 pillows 🤗 accommodating staff, they assist me with my luggages and activating my acces card. Very convenient, accessible to daily basic needs, food and transfortation😋.
