One of the best hotels in Madurai. Staff are very courteous, polite, helpful. You will always find them in a jolly mood. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend them. You will definitely enjoy the dinning area and overall ambience of the hotel. Not to forget the rooms and very cozy and spacious.

The breakfast experience was particularly outstanding, thanks to the excellent service provided by Poosi Thai, Chris, and Satiana. Their attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every need was met, from freshly brewed coffee to custom omelettes. They made each guest feel special and well taken care of. Gopal's service was exemplary; he meticulously arranged everything from dining reservations, massage, adding convenience to my stay. The foot massage and therapy services were another highlight of my visit, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. Although I initially encountered some mosquitoes in the room, this issue was promptly addressed by the attentive housekeeping staff, who demonstrated great efficiency and attention to detail. They ensured that the room was spotless, from the polished floors to the neatly arranged toiletries. Housekeeping quickly rectified any cleanliness issues, especially with the dirty floor, reinforcing the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards. The bar and club offerings were remarkable, featuring a wide selection of beverages and an inviting atmosphere. The attentive bartenders crafted exquisite cocktails, enhancing the overall experience. The view from my room was breathtaking, providing a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings including the Meenakshi Temple. Although the temple view room I was in, it had a view of the temple, which was much more further than I had anticipated. The flower lady at reception added a personal touch to my stay, providing charming flower arrangements for my Mum's hair, which she adored. My driver also had high praise for the service he received, claiming it was among the best he had ever encountered. The hotel staff treated him with respect and ensured he had everything he needed for a comfortable stay, including prompt assistance and refreshments. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Madurai to anyone visiting the area. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and thoughtful details makes this hotel a top choice. I would certainly choose to stay there again, knowing that I would be in capable and caring hands.

We had an overall excellent experience at GRT Grand, Madurai. The chef, Selladurai made absolutely tasty meals for us and the service as well as the hospitality was truly remarkable. The hotel also arranged transportation for us to go to Rameshwaram and the driver Saravanan was extremely professional and kind. The car was very clean and the water bottles and juice provided in the car made a big difference. If you visit Madurai, this hotel is a MUST VISIT!

Excellent location and hotel . Rooms are very clean wz modern facilities . Gym well equipped . Pool excellent and relaxing . Staff very efficient and over helpful . Outstanding is Praba from Bazar restaurant although all other staff need recogntion as well ..food and buffet very good wz a variety of veg and non veg and is opened 24/7. Breakfast is recommended
