Airline cancellation of flight but hotel would not allow cancellation or refund even with prior 8, hours notice. Regretted choosing this hotel and payment first. These days most hotel allow cancellation will not ever select this hotel nor recommend it to anyone

Their customer service are professional. even though is not their responsibility they will try their best to assist you in anyway. Ie: My mom and I are vegetarian, arrived late alot of the restaurant near by are off for breaks. so we have asked the front counter for assistance, they even used their cell phone to help us search, or even ask around their colleagues for information.

Avoid this hotel by all means if you are a foreign traveller. They only cater to Chinese Mainlanders. At check-in before even getting my room card, first thing they pointed out if you checkout late is 200/hr as penalty. That was already a turn off as a hotel guest. There was zero security at the hotel. Anyone could walk-in and take the lift to any levels. Pointless giving out key card access when it’s open to public. Didn’t feel safe at all. Breakfast was horrible. Paid for breakfast for my entire stay but after the 1st day there was no way I was going back to the horrendous food and service. No one could speak English and they just make you wait for nothing as they refused to serve us. Classified as a 5star hotel but it’s not even 2 star at best. For the price we paid it is definitely a rip-off!

A real 5 stars hotel, all things are very good. The breakfast is very good compared with other hotels where I stayed before. I will stay there in future for sure.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I’ve been wanting to stay here for quite a while since it was built in 2009. Situated right next to the Wynn Macau, I thought L’arc felt like a five-star hotel. From the overall design, with high ceilings to the little details, you’ll feel that this place, though had better days, it’s still very luxurious in his own way. I stayed in the 55 m² room which had a beautiful veranda style bathroom coupled with a separate shower and bathtub. The vanity area contained two sinks, which was great for me and my wife. Our views of the Wynn hotel, and we were high enough to see some of the Macau skyline a little bit of Zhuhai. The casino area had two floors, but due to Covid it’s been downsized to one floor. The gym was quite mediocre for five star hotel with only a total of eight machines, in which two of the machines were not working specifically the step master. The clubhouse, which can be accessed freely as a hotel. Resident also has a steam room at a pool area. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We arrived around 1pm, and their checkin time is 3pm, the hotel staff told us that they could get the room ready in 20min. so we waited and got our key earlier. Room is spacious and all amenities are there. Free first load of mini bar is impressive though we don't take the sweet drinks. I guess people would like it. Location is great. We took the Wynn free shuttle from the bolder to hotel though hotel has its own transfer but less frequent. Many free hotel shuttles bring us around between old town and Cotai new town. Walking distance to major Casinos and sightsee places.

Room are spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. A beautiful hotel with friendly staff!

Overall is good and worth for price (mini bar is free now). Just the water pressure in shower room is weak and not sure if whole hotel likes this or this is just my room.

Good location and easily accessible via the free shuttle buses from the ferry terminal and the nearby hotels. Room is spacious and clean. Enjoyed the stay there.

The location is great because of the many restaurant choices nearby. (a 24-hour McDonalds, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, Chinese, local Cha Chan Teng and many more)

The hotel is so cozy right in the heart of macau so easy ti travel and also have other casino nearby recommended

Efficient and good service for guest check-in. Good location. Room quality is fine. Spacious and clean. Noise from other rooms can be heard sometimes.
