The room is clean and tidy. However, the reception staff made a mistake in room access card that caused inconvenience when reentry the room.

The concierge from check-in to checkout was helpful. However, the front desk staff, particularly the Chinese employees, were not accommodating. They took our IDs without a smile and returned them in an unfriendly manner, which is disappointing for a five-star hotel and compared to others in the area. Security at the casino also dismissive when we entered. The location isn’t bad, but it’s only convenient if you’re willing to take a cab or car service. The bus is an option, but you still need to walk quite a bit from the stop to the hotel. The amenities are nice loccitane. Cleanliness was acceptable. Filipino room service staff were very kind and provided excellent service. View was not impressive versus pictures

Excellent hotel. It’s very close to Sand and Ferry pier. Fisherman’s wharf is right next to the hotel. Very convenient. Room is comfortable and clean with balcony. The endless ocean makes you feel comfortable and free. I would like to come again.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Got a free noodles meal upon check in hotel, condition is to sign up their casino member. Hotel room is large and luxurious feel. One of our room bookings got a free upgrade.

Front desk team provided great service while they noted guest’s preference and profile in details, they are attentive to guest’s needs.  Location is good, it’s convenient for ferry goers and lots of hotel shuttle buses stationed nearby, easy to visit scenic spots.

Legend Palace Hotel truly lives up to its name—grand and magnificent in every way! We were thrilled to receive a free upgrade to an executive room with a sea view, and it was simply stunning. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a living room, a bedroom, and a gold-themed design that made us feel like royalty. The balcony with sea views was the cherry on top, offering a serene and luxurious vibe. The bathroom was massive, complete with a bathtub and upscale amenities. The hotel’s location is also ideal—close to other major hotels with shuttle buses available to explore Macau easily. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be back for another luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

We chose Legend Palace Hotel because of its convenient location, being next to the ferry terminal. We stayed there before and paid much more than with Trip.com. We were given a free upgrade too. Our room was comfortable, spacious and opulent!

Not enough bars actually in hotel, the Galley really only has 1 beer. Fishermen's Wharf area has clubs, but these open very late. Breakfast selection is large,but sometimes, things that should be kept hot are cold, i.e., baked beans. Coffee machine needs a replacement, no latte or hot milk option. Coffee is very strong. The room was a very good size and seems well maintained. Staff at Breakfast need updating about guests, they were very insistent that I had no Breakfast with my room. Shown them booking,still very loud go to reception, luckily manager turned up ,checked my booking and it was correct. Would recommend this place.

The place itself is already 11/10 its very grand and the facilities is very in great condition. The staff there are very friendly and the food is very tasty. The room is very grand it really makes you feel like your part of a royalty. Would definitely recommend you to book this place especially if you want to feel like royalty
