Nice hotel, just the room is a bit small. But it’s reasonably enough with the price they charged.

I have the important parcel dropped for me at the hotel, but the staff refused to collect it. It’s almost lost.
If you plan for concert, it might took 20-30 walk to the venue.

We just needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel worked perfect for us. It is a bit far from any of the casinos and the room is fairly basic. It is nice though, definitely recommend if you need a cheaper option.

By the Riverside, opposite the Galaxy development. Very nice view. .if you will like to visit Casinos area of need to take the hotel shuttle bus to the Venetian and make your way from there.

The hotel was pretty clean, however the experience was negatively impacted by aloof customer service on the front desk and a complete lack of noise isolation in the room. Unfortunately you can clearly hear the conversations and activities taking place in the room next door and there is a large gap under the room's door which means all sounds in the corridor are very loud in the room.

Nice hotel overall. A bit of humidity smell in the room. Good facilities in the room. Hotel employees were very polite and friendly. Location is in front of the Galaxy hotel and casino, and a 20 min walk to Taipa area with restaurants and bars. There are not that many restaurants nearby so you have to walk to Taipa for food.

The staff were nice and friendly. However, there’s a few shortfalls, like the USB port in the room was not working and the concierge could not provide a portable charger. We had to find one from the convenience store late in the night.
They could also use better toiletries. The shampoo and hair conditioning came in tiny bottles that were really hard to squeeze out. My old parents needed help with it.
The restaurant downstairs had a nice view though. It is a good breakfast spot if you have some time to spare.

Never works, disconnects all the time. Worst part? There's no cellular service in the room
