The hotel is quite near to the train station (~10-15mins walk) which is what we look for. The price is good. We got the room with attached toilet. Beddings are comfortable. They even provided a simple breakfast though it was not included in the booking, very nice. The lady at the receptionist was nice and patient too. As the hotel did not provide kettle, the lady kindly lent us one.

Clean and comfortable stay. About 10 min by bus and short walk to the hotel from Lucerne station and it’s on a quiet street. Only thing to note is the sound of people staying above can be heard especially if they arrive late or leave very early. Otherwise it’s a good accommodation in Lucerne!

I love this hotel, much much better than expected. It’s worth the price and performs above this level. Room is decent, a little bit distance from train station but very safe walking because it’s near the business area. Reception people are nice, I didn’t expect to see them in the midnight. Thanks for the hard work.

Service was good with nice and responsive staff. Location was good. Bare bones hotel.

酒店離市區主要景點近，提前辦理入住手續，行李放在前台，晚上回來行李已經放在房間，電梯較小較慢，盧塞恩酒店整體性價比低。

酒店位置很好，步行因特拉肯西300米，前台服務很熱情，房間很乾凈，有免費下午茶和免費室內公交卡，早餐也不錯，總之性價比挺高的。

房間很乾凈，床鋪也不錯 衞生間在外面也很乾凈，就是稍顯不便 但是早餐超預期了，這個價格還是值得 離湖邊也近

離車站不算近，深夜抵達步行還是有點可怕的。公交車的話需要等一會。 住的無衞生間的單人間，所以睡前和起床後要穿睡衣去外面上廁所。 房間有燒水壺，有洗手池。

乾淨整潔，房間看出去是一個小院子，很安靜。離中央車站也不遠，步行10多分鐘可達

周圍較安靜，早餐種類豐富

We spent three nights here. Our dormitory-like room was basic with white walls. No frills, but we did have a private bathroom with a shower. The hotel is situated in a neighborhood so has a good homey feel to it. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station with bus transport within the block. The front desk staff were friendly, there were copies of The New York Times to read each morning, the breakfast area was inviting and the spread, while not extensive, was plentiful and you had choices. It is a good budget friendly choice to make in Switzerland.

Nice clean hotel. within walking distance from the train station. We had a room that had a bathroom with toilet and shower. This is a no frills hotel. The room was decent size for Europe and they gave us a fan since it was a little warm when we arrived. The breakfast was filling and the front desk personnel were friendly. Easy walking to old town and tram stops. They give you a travel pass that allows free travel in local buses and trams. We stayed for 2 nights and felt good about it.

I spent only one night in Luzern and this place was comfortable for my family. Room was quite big and crib for the baby has been provided for free. I really appreciated car parking in the area (paid ad extracost), the elevator and the breakfast.

A great hotel in a quiet area! We particularly enjoyed: 1. The area - close enough to the train station to walk (with very clear directions provided by the hotel when we booked), but very quiet (our room had a view of the mountains with lovely windows that opened up fully). Also easy to catch the bus only a block or two from the hotel, directly to the train station and boat dock; 2. Fantastic breakfast (contrary to other reviews, I did not find variety to be a problem), and good quality - we particularly loved the colourful boiled eggs and the friendly greeting from staff in the mornings. The breakfast room is light and spacious - great to sit next to the window for a bit of atmosphere and a view. Excellent coffee; 3. Super friendly lady on reception (I think her name is Sylvia) who greeted us so cheerily when we went out in the evening; 4. Simple no-fuss and spacious room (ours had a private bathroom) which was very clean. The building is old, but so is Switzerland ;-) It added to the charm. Super comfortable beds and bedding. No TV, but you don’t need to watch tv when you are in such a beautiful place! Shower has good pressure and lots of hot water - soap and towels etc provided by the hotel; 5. The price! Excellent value for money. Our recommendation: 1. An in-room safe would be welcomed. Thank you Hôtel Alpha, we will definitely stay again next time!
