Friendliest people we met in switzerland! Helped us to find parking lot and give tips to move around. Lobby has apple for guests, room size is big for a city hotel. Next to train station. Only down side is noisy from the street

최악 중의 최악, 별 단 한 개도 아까운 호텔. 깨끗한 숙소를 기대하는 사람이라면 절대 선택하지 않기를 권함. 청결하다는 리뷰를 보고 예약했으나 객실 상태는 충격적이었음. 얼마나 오래 방치되었는지 혹은 청소를 얼마나 대충 했는지 온 사방에 거미줄이 가득했으며, 심지어 침대 머리맡까지 거미줄이 쳐져 있었음. 저녁 늦게 객실에 들어가 포장해 온 음식을 먹다 비위가 상해 리셉션으로 내려가 객실 교환을 요청했으나, 직원은 사과 한 마디 없이 “트윈룸으로밖에 교환 불가능하다. 아니면 직접 가서 치워주겠다”라는 말을 했음. 만약 처음부터 사과와 함께 같은 타입의 객실로 교환을 해줬다면 환불 요청도 하지 않고 그냥 넘어갔겠지만, 호텔 측은 환불은 절대 불가능하며 트윈룸 외에는 교환 가능한 객실이 없다는 말만 반복했음. 이후 트립닷컴 고객센터를 통해 협의를 시도하며 2시간 가까이 리셉션에서 기다렸으나, 해결된 것은 아무것도 없었음. 트윈룸 외의 객실이 없다는 말을 하던 시점에도 여러 플랫폼(트립닷컴, 아고다 등)에서 동일한 더블룸이 판매되고 있었음. 이에 대해 트립닷컴 측에 문의했더니 서버 반영이 늦었다는 변명을 들었으나, 한 시간 뒤에도 여전히 예약 가능한 상태로 판매 중인 것을 확인했음. 결국 더는 이 호텔에 머물 수 없다고 판단해 밤 12시쯤 객실 키를 반납하고 다른 호텔로 이동했음. 트립닷컴을 통해 지속적으로 증빙 자료를 첨부하며 환불 요청을 했으나, 호텔 측은 환불 50%가 최대라는 입장을 고수했음. 퇴실 시점까지도 호텔 측으로부터 사과 한 마디조차 듣지 못했음. 국내외 수많은 4~5성급 호텔을 이용했지만, 이런 고객 경험은 처음이었음. 리뷰의 별점은 물론, 4성급이라는 등급조차 과분하다고 생각함. * 또한 확실치 않으나 객실에 카드키를 찍을 수 있는 문이 하나 더 있는 것으로 보아 사전 고지 없이 커넥팅 룸을 배정한 건 아닌가 하는 생각도 듦. The worst of the worst—a hotel not even worth a single star. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you expect a clean and well-maintained accommodation. I booked this hotel based on reviews claiming it was clean, but the condition of the room was shocking. It was unclear whether the room had been abandoned for a long time or cleaned poorly, as spiderwebs were everywhere—even above the headboard of the bed. When I entered the room late at night, I tried to eat the food I had brought, but the sight of the room made me lose my appetite. I went down to the reception to request a room change. However, the staff offered no apology and said, “The only available option is a twin room, or I can go upstairs and clean it myself.” If they had apologized and switched me to the same type of room, I would have moved on without asking for a refund or complaining further. Instead, the hotel kept repeating that a refund was absolutely impossible and that a twin room was the only option available. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service and waited for nearly two hours in the reception area, but nothing was resolved. Despite the hotel insisting that no other rooms were available, I checked multiple platforms (Trip.com, Agoda, etc.) and saw the same double rooms being sold. When I brought this up with Trip.com, they claimed it was due to a delay in server updates. However, even an hour later, those rooms were still available for immediate booking. In the end, I decided I could not stay at this hotel any longer. Around midnight, I returned the room key and checked into another hotel. I provided all the necessary evidence to Trip.com and requested a refund, but the hotel insisted that 50% was the maximum they would refund. To make matters worse, I never once received an apology from the hotel staff—not even at checkout. I have stayed at numerous 4- and 5-star hotels both domestically and internationally, but this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. The hotel doesn’t deserve its star rating or even a single star, in my opinion. * Additionally, although I cannot be certain, there appeared to be another door in the room with a card key scanner, leading me to suspect that I was assigned a connecting room without prior notice.

酒店位置就在火車對面,非常方便,步行5分鐘可到達,前台工作人員耐心,想前台要了比較安靜的房間,房間設施設備還算不錯,玻璃窗的隔音很好,雖然靠馬路但是關了窗還是聲音很輕的,洗澡挺舒服的,茶葉咖啡均有,酒店早餐一般,品種不算多,總體感受不錯,坐火車到可以一住。

離Luzern火車站一步之遙交通非常便捷,聖哥達express的蒸汽輪船登船點也在對面。樓下有麥當勞和壽司店,對面有便利店。
