Worst staying. I booked before 3 hours for bbq night.I told them I need uzo they said okay we have sure. When I arrived there they said no we don’t have. I said okay I bring my bottles on room. Well I picked up but in that time they just get from outside one bottle and said it’s complimentary. I felt nice and special and I went live them tip (bottle of uzo it’s 10$ in outside) I leave them 100$ tip. After then manager come and said it’s not complimentary… I don’t care 10$ bottle for pay but they ruined my night so..

Very good historical hotel, full of old time romance, breakfast is super good, nice garden and swimming pools, great staff with helpful service

The hotel is perfectly located and has amazing views of the Nile, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset ! The service was impeccable and they prepared for us breakfast box. The only criticism which is not only applicable to the hotel is the fact that the price quoted for them helping to call a taxi by the reception was by far higher than what it would normally cost to grab a taxi and use the meter

是一家有歷史的酒店，花園很漂亮。酒店裡的1886餐廳很不錯，就是對男士有dress code，雖然帶了襯衣和西褲，但還是不OK，好在酒店會提供西服。

酒店以前是埃及國王行宮，環境優美，裏面有火烈鳥和孔雀，整個酒店區別於盧克索城區，簡直是是天上地下，一個人馬糞垃圾滿天飛，一個是宮殿花園，滿滿的反差

酒店是百年酒店，設施有些老舊，洗手間的杯子是破的，服務真心很差，之前我要換房間，説沒有，而且愛搭不理，我衹能到前台，到前台後才給換。最差的是我退房時忘帶走我的香奈兒香水，放在桌上，第二天問酒店，竟然説沒有，問攜程，説讓我報警😅

酒店的設施確實很老了 但這是一座100多年歷史的宮殿，服務不錯，早餐和晚餐都很好吃。酒店裡還有烈鳥。 出門過馬路就是碼頭，坐帆船很方便

真的和俄羅斯冬宮的風格很像，一早拍到的熱氣球，人生照片。廁所有點小，服務很一般，就沒啥服務。

服務非常好，服務項目也很全面。累了可以點餐到房間，有洗衣服務。腰急性扭傷了，疼的完全不能走路，酒店竟然有醫療服務，很快有醫生上門檢查，打針、給葯，效果立現，幸虧有這個服務，不然後續沒法愉快玩耍了。專業五星級，沒有歧視。

雖然因為sales盛情難卻、買過幾年雅高的會員卡，但雅高旗下缺乏很fancy的酒店，所以浪費了好幾年的會員福利。這次是去阿斯旺被老瀑布索菲特傳奇驚艷了，然後臨時訂了盧克索索菲特冬宮體驗一下，結果真的是一言難盡，迅速敗壞了對雅高的好感。酒店硬件陳舊算了有心理準備我能忍，房間完全不隔音我也忍了，但服務拉垮成這樣真的是特別特別無語，特別是前台經理，我住遍全球酒店，第一次遇到訪客也不讓登記，一定拉扯要訪客付住宿費才能上樓的情況。和他説明瞭一個小時後訪客就去機場，也沒有行李，酒店也沒有門禁，其他歐美人恨不得把酒店當個景點參觀，成羣結隊地在酒店裡到處遊蕩也不見工作人員去特殊關照一下。到我們這裏訪客就衹能在大堂坐着，這個是要錢要到了什麼程度！！第二天果斷換了Steigenberger nile palace 的總統套房，房間又寬敞又安靜景色又好，比冬宮又小又舊吵得要死的房間衹貴了一點點。強烈推薦後者。服務的一星給酒店的行李員，還是比較有禮貌的，否則連一星都不想給。 圖一是冬宮，入住時類似於國內三星的硬件，連水池邊的綠植都捨不得換就可以管中窺豹酒店的管理水平了。圖二是我們第二天換的酒店，光這樣的陽台就有兩個，門口馬車一美金到盧克索神廟，覺得終於有了度假的感覺！ 八天的埃及行程，住過埃及前三的酒店：索菲特傳奇優於開羅米娜宮大大優於索菲特冬宮，供後來人參考

真的不知道這家酒店怎麼會在攜程上有此評分，設施非常的老舊，洗澡的水非常非常小。整個酒店非常的破敗。從阿斯旺的老瀑布住了三天過來，雖説同屬索菲特，相差簡直太多了。後面冬宮給升級了套房，但是依然是臟，舊，窗簾沙發包括床套全部都是一副蒙塵的狀態，非常一般。可以説是整個埃及旅遊裏住過最差的酒店，最不符合相關星級的酒店。

酒店非常有特色，利用原來貴族的宮殿作為酒店，陳設佈置展示着當年的榮光。是當年貴族追求歐洲品味的放映。花園特別精美雅緻。 但是服務非常一般，設施特別勉強。 特別是，當我預訂了尼羅河景房，給的是工地、温室大棚景房的時候，這算不算是被欺騙了呢…… 退我錢！
