Close to Leicester Sq. and Piccadilly Circus, with Lego / M&M, and China town next door. Super convenient. Got upgraded to suit and my room is huge. Hotel is not newly decorated but still good.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available.
Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved.
Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable.
Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved.
