We have stayed in this hotel for around 10 days with two rooms. We pick this hotel because of the location, we could reach the liverpool station and go travelling with most of the rail lines. However, the room is too small. Obviously we overlooked the pictures of the room. Basically we step in the room and the bed is on the left side toilet in the front. We go to the receiption and see if we could pay to upgrade our room. The receiption is really helpful. He calls the manager and asked immediately and did as much as he could. Eventually we could upgrade one of our room but not the other one. If you are on budget, it could be suitable choice. I am definitely not going back to it if I am going to UK next time. It's just too small of a room, and not a good choice if you are looking for a memorable experience going to london for family trip.

Great location in the City of London! Friendly staff at the reception and a helpful housekeeping. The rooms are small but adequate and comfortably furnished, although the furniture is worn out. For 2 people we would have preferred a wider bed. The room and linens were clean and well- maintained. Water,tea,coffee,and snacks were replenished daily. A pleasant little hotel with good value for money and a great location! We‘d be happy to come back.

The quality of this hotel is extremely good - the rooms are tiny (as many reviewers have said) but very well appointed. The shower is simply excellent and the staff extremely accommodating. Overall it represents excellent value and a wonderful night's sleep!

It was exactly as I expected. I was happy with what I got. It was clean and functional with a decent bathroom. I wouldn't want to stay there as a couple, due to space, but it was fine for one person. I found the room quite hot, but it did have air conditioning, so putting the air con on helped with that. Having the air con on did mean that a little green light was emitted from the air con display, which was slightly annoying, but aside from that all was well.

Great location, really reasonable price. Room and bed were relatively small but everything clean, comfortable and nice snacks and drinks available for free. If you want a bed for the night in the centre of London I’d highly recommend! 24h reception and secure. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel has a great location, good value for money. Comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Very good use of space too. The hotel is 250 m from Liverpool Street station, which is very convenient. Friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Facilities provided are excellent and I enjoyed my stay. Located close to Liverpool Street, which is a major transport hub in London and well served by shops and eateries. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet area shielded from Street and traffic noise.

Excellent location, helpful staff at reception. My "basic double room" was in the basement, which I wasn't expecting, but I was pleased that it still had a window so it didn't feel too dark. The room was a decent size for such a centrally located hotel, and it was relatively quiet for the location (although I could hear the door of the neighbouring room bang when it was opened and closed). I thought the mattress was a bit hard, but that's a matter of personal preference. The shower was great (if rather small - I had to be careful not to bash my elbows as I applied my shampoo)! Four stars rather than five because the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough - carpet looked like it could do with a wash, and there were a few marks in the bathroom (spilt shower gel? fake tan?) that ought to have been wiped up. I'd stay again if I needed a room in the area though.

Central location next to the Gerkin, very easy to walk to London Bridge, shard and other land marks. Rooms were small but had everything you could need, warm and clean rooms. Shower was great, and nice touch of water, chocolate muffins in the fridge.

Great convenience - ideally located a stone's throw away from Liverpool Street station in a nice upmarket area and easy to find. Following a quick check-in, you find your self in a comfortable hotel room with all that is required. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but this is easy to find in the environment around.

Room was adequate and did feel clean. Unfortunately woken up very early in the morning to house keeping shouting and laughing directly outside my room which continued for an hour and a half. This was incredibly frustrating and ruined out stay unfortunately. There were also dirty towels all through the corridor which just proved their unprofessionalism.
