The room was clean and located on the 3rd floor with lift access. The water pressure from the shower can be improved. The lift does make a bit of a noise going up and down and made it wonder if it will break down 😬

The room smelt damp. The window which can not be opened was saturated, the net curtains had spots of black mould. The bathroom was not cleaned well, mould on shower head, gunk around taps. No phone in room to contact reception, so when we could not get the shower working in the morning, I had to go to reception to ask. I paid for an early check in from 11am, I arrived at 11:30am and the room was not ready, we had a tight schedule to get out for our bookings. Whole hotel looks tired.

The hotel was a lovely. Staff where incredibly hospitable and so nice and kind. Had a delicious dinner; may have ate too much lol but the food was beautifully made and my server Ranga was so lovely, the man deserves a raise and bonus! He was so nice and we had a lovely chat after my meal which was the icing on the cake, I felt welcomed, and left with a smile.

Comfortable stay & a great meal! Ranga was an excellent host and thoroughly enjoyed the meal! A true credit to the team! As always, Premier Inns have a comfortable bed and are always clean - always a pleasure to stay! A good central location for London and very close to Victoria Station.

Had an excellent stay. In floor 5 Premier Plus room. Smaller that other inns we've stayed in, but adequate for London & all there. Quiet room (504) clean. Had evening meal there the 1st night, ok but not great , but the breakfast was fantastic & very reasonably priced, so much so, we booked again for the next morning. The staff & especially the Reception staff were friendly, welcoming & accommodating & an especial mention to Ranga Silva who couldn't do enough for us & gave us invaluable local advice ( Also arranged Chocolates for my wife's birthday! Thank you) Would definitely recommend & would return to Victoria Premier Inn as very central to all attractions/ Train station.

It was a fantastic stay the room was comfortable and clean, all of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as stress free as possible, can’t thank Ranga and Bali enough for making our check in and check out painless and easy.

We stayed seven nights. Great price and perfect location....5 minute walk from Victoria tube station and Victoria coach station. We did a tour one day with Rabbies that left from Victoria coach station and another day with Evan Evans, which left from their office a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Several pubs and restaurants close by. Shower has bottle of shampoo and body wash combo and sink has bottle of hand wash. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Safe neighborhood.
