Dreadful experience. On the evening of arrival, we discovered that the water was icy cold. When we went to complain, other people were already complaining and we were told an engineer had been called. However, upon waking the next morning, we discovered matters were even worse and there was no water at all! We went to reception and no one was there. Surely someone senior from the hotel chain should have been available to deal with this emergency situation. One irate visitor was walking around the ground floor shouting loudly, looking for staff who were in charge. It felt very uncomfortable. We managed to get several bottles of mineral water just to have a wash. Overall, a birthday treat that was completely spoiled. We will be applying for a full refund. Unbelievably, as we were leaving new guests were arriving to drop off luggage and were not being told about the situation.
