Hotel located near the train station liverpool, but need to climb up hill. Size room just ok. Cleanliness 9/10. Nice hotel to stay in liverpool.

Not a great experience to say the least checked in at 3pm and left at 4pm in search of somewhere cleaner. The place is not as described in the photos it’s pretty dank and grimy. The staff on the counter when we checked in was very shirty about having a photo ID to check in which I had never encountered before outside of China. Upon producing ID and being directed to the room we discovered the lift was extremely old and barely big enough for two people the door banged my friend on the arm so we decided to take the stairs. The room looked like it had had a very basic clean the walls were grimy and a piece of chewing gum was stuck on a rail behind the bed. The two single beds were rickety and uncomfortable. The bathroom had grime on the shower cubicle and was generally worse for ware When we decided to leave the ground floor was like a swimming pool where the staff were mopping the floor to the point where I almost fell over. We’d booked for two nights so asked for a refund for the 2nd night in the hope that they’d be fair enough to refund for one night but to no avail. Very disappointing with the level of customer service and hygiene standards.

Really lovely hotel for the price. Nothing to complain about!

There are not allowed customers using the kitchen even I’ve already put my stuff in fridges.so disappointed because usually as a solo traveller who always looking for kitchen as a making own food for breakfast and supper

Not bad, however the workers are rude and disregarded. Location is near city centre, however it's an ascent road going up.

This is my second time living in this hostel but was in a room of 4 beds this time. The staff is nice and need to bring me to the room everytime as no door card key was given. There is a cabinet in the bed and can put a small luggage in it. You can bring a lock to lock the cabinet. The water is hit enough and the bed is good to sleep. But the sleeping quality depends on how your neighbors sleep. Can't complain at this price. Very good location as many restaurants, bars and Liverpool Lime station nearby

I had a really good stay i stayed in a 8 bed room and it was all clean

staff is very friendly, but rooms are not so clean. No hot water for the shower ☹️

I stayed in the standard room for 5d/4n and I was very satisfied overall. I moved to a private room from the dorms and I think it was a very good choice. I enjoyed the desk and private bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I was also happy that they provide a small heater for colder nights. Midway through my stay, I finally found the kitchen downstairs and used it for heating up very small minor things . I appreciated the cleaning staff and their effort in keeping the kitchen clean. It is hard to do with a building full of people! 🙂 well down! Check out was super fast and no-fuss. Thanks for keeping things in tip top shape!

I only stayed one night. The bed was clean and the lobby is very beautiful. The bathroom is large, but I had a little difficulty understanding how the shower works. They don’t offer free towels. They didn’t tell me where the kitchen was or if the offer one at the check-in. But in general it’s a good place, but the Wifi doesn’t really work, at least inside the shared rooms.
