You can easily walk to landmarks like the Marquis of Pombal statue, Eduardo VII Park, and nearby department stores. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable!

We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews. Cons: 1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay): • Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in. • The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price). • Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere. 2. Reception Service: • No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room,resulted in us going down to reception for assistance. • Unprofessional receptionist behavior: • A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help. • My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. 3. Housekeeping Issue: • Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there. • The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside. 4. Taxi Drop-off: • The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door. • Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away. Some Pros: • Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market. • Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. • Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working. • Good breakfast options.

Excellent location to metro, buses, and restaurants. The room is very clean and with lots of storage space. Staff are friendly and willing to help. They will arrange airport transfer for you if needed. We also enjoy their breakfast very much. I would highly recommend this hotel for those who will visit Lisbon.

Short stay at this place where last minute we are ask to move to another place without any notice. We try to understand but due to language barrier we don’t understand at all. We ask for compensation but was refused by the hotel. Anyway thanks to Trip.com help and support

I used this hotel as private trips. It’s so nice. I had a relaxing time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location wise it is great! It’s situated in a very convenient location with buses and metro just a few minutes walk. The room is clean and quiet as well. We have nothing to complain about, highly recommend!

Cleaning staffs dont speak English and took the card in my room, they asked me to come downstairs to get it back (???)

房間不太大，但很乾凈、整潔，每天打掃衞生；前台友好。早點比較豐盛，總有一款適合你；酒店坐落地點近中心地帶，出行方便，100米內就有地鐵、汽車；對面就是花園，開滿紫羅蘭色的藍花楹樹排列在小路兩旁，使人感到清新、浪漫而鬆弛。

房間不大，但是清爽乾淨，帶露台的話景色不錯。

Хороший отель, чистые номера. Расположение отличное, рядом красивый парк, метро, до достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Завтраки вкусные, выбор большой, только вот завтрак с собой (breakfast box) было бы хорошо улучшить. Если поедем в Лиссабон ещё, с удовольствием в этом же отеле остановимся.

교통이 아주 좋아서 여행하기 좋았어요. 주변이 비지니스인 것 같았습니다. 그래서 호텔 주변이 청결하고 안전했습니다.

La camera è ampia con un 2 letti vicini grandi e comodi, il bagno con doccia è spazioso con asciugamani in dotazione morbidi e grandi. La pulizia generale è molto buona, ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno pur non avendolo richiesto (scelta che ritengo però poco ecologica) Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcune caffetterie (non abbiamo incluso la colazione) e ristoranti, la fermata dell'autobus per il centro è a pochissimi passi. Il centro è comunque raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti. L'Hotel dispone di un parcheggio coperto al costo di €19,00 al giorno, assolutamente essenziale se si arriva in auto visto che non ci sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze.
