Staff is good n helpful here, location is perfect and walking distance arrive any interest place that i want! Just that they dont hv kitchen but provide drinking water all day! Overall experience is Great.

The accommodations were excellent overall. The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room had ample space, allowing for a comfortable stay. The curtains around the bed added a nice touch, creating a cozy environment. The overall environment was also quite pleasant. Based on the positive experience, I would confidently recommend this accommodation to any travelers. The combination of the comfortable room, suitable amenities, and welcoming atmosphere makes it an excellent choice.

It is one of the nicest hostel, very beautiful too. Location was great! The room was super too even the bathroom was spacious and clean and it smells so so so nice.

Excellent location but room pretty small and spartan without any accessories. Even towels are pretty worn out

The breakfast says 8£ on the system and need to pay at the reception. But actually the price was not including something (VAT or something) and they charged me 25€ for 2 days. It means 12.5€ for one breakfast. Not 8€. The other things are okay. Dormitory bed has curtains for each bed. So felt more privacy. The toilet is only in the room and ground floor, so felt a bit less, but it was okay. Very clean hostel.

The room was not so clean, especially bassroom, but staff were very nice and friendly. And location is perfect in the city.

Great location, the room was clean and quiet even though it is in a downtown area. Very close to the Rossio train station. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with is that when I was checking in, the receptionist asked me to pay 4 euros as tax. I gave him 50 euros, and he gave me the change. However, when I checked the change he gave me after I got to the room, it was only 35 euros. I cannot complain as I didn’t check the change while I was at the reception.

The location is superb. Very convenient to different destination , also nearby there is bus station to airport. Downside is the room is a little bit small.

loved this hostel. extremely good location, super close to the first tram 28 stop, and walkable to many attractions. room is also nice and comfortable! common area is also very pretty and nice to just chill at.

The place was okay but it is not good that you have to pay for keys for the lockers. And there was a bad smell in the corridor
