Great location and superb breakfast. The room was big and comfortable and the rooftop had an amazing view of the city.

The hotel is very close to a metro station and extremely easy to find. The only downside was that when I paid the 2-euro city tax by credit card, I wasn't offered the option to pay in euros, and it was taken in my local currency. Other than that, it was a pleasant short stay.

Location: very convenient, underground is literally outside the hotel. Nice restaurants nearby Service: staff is very helpful Amenities: it’s an old hotel but can tell they refurbish the bathroom so it’s clean and new Will recommend to others

Was a nice place, not expensive from the airport and with a metro station right in front of the entrance. Good for to kick start your day. Service was not responding when I called to get heater better reviewed. We slept in cold for our two nights in Lisbon. I want to think they had some problems just those days.

The facilities are quite old or that I had a high expectation and the room is small. The location is an advantage though and the breakfast is good with a wide selection. I will try another hotel anyway.....

Excelente hotel y sus servicios. Ubicación ideal, con parada del metro en la misma puerta. Fácil aparcamiento en la zona. Desayuno muy completo, variado y de calidad. Habitación muy acogedora, espaciosa. La cama un poco pequeña.

訂房前看評論，好幾個人説隔音差，不相信還是訂了這家，入住就發現，門和牆壁都非常薄，完全不隔音，第二天清早被隔壁説話和電視聲音吵醒，其實人家並沒有大聲，衹是正常音量而已。房間很小，設施也比較老舊，我住的房間臨馬路，開窗非常吵，還好有雙層玻璃窗，關上窗户倒也不影響入睡。早餐一般般，有火腿也有水果，但看起來顏色都不太對，沒敢吃。總之，這間酒店是我們西班牙葡萄牙全程20多天收費最貴的，卻是入住體驗最差的

房間一個人住是很不錯了，前台服務人員都很好，除了早餐不太滿意，天台景色非常不錯，還有免費的一杯櫻桃酒或者果汁，晚上回到酒店再去天台喝一杯一天的疲憊都吹沒了，這是最棒的，另外就是樓下就是地鐵站，這個也很棒

酒店位置很好，樓下就是地鐵站酒店比較老，價格不貴，早餐在樓頂可以看風景

前台一個又黑又胖的女性接待，服務超級差！我把醫生寫的診斷單和背面有換葯的診所名稱和地址的單子（一張紙）落在房間（已經退房），清潔人員在清理的時候，我要上去找診斷單，她就是不肯讓你上去讓你在大堂等，跟她説可能扔到垃圾桶，也可能在桌子上，保潔人員可能注意不到，怎麼説她都不同意，服務超級超級差！！！投訴！
