YinYue·Sifu Designer Scenic Inn (Lijiang Flagship Store)

In our whole Yunnan trip this was our favourite hotel the location is super convenient in the ancient town itself. The staff will constantly text you to check on you throughout your trip and to see if you need any help. If you just want to try Chinese tea you can do it at the lobby and the best part is they are not selling tea so no pushy sales. There’s a washing machine and a communal area to dry your clothes.

The hotel is clean and the location is great. All staffs are kind and service mind. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Amazing location, literally in the middle of the ancient town! The hotel is very beautiful, the room is great and the bed very very comfortable with perfect sheets and blankets, almost like at home. The staff helped me with pick up/drop off of my luggage from/to the carpool point, which I appreciate it as the ancient town is a labyrinth on your own to navigate. I wish there was breakfast, but that's the only downside. Also avoid the bakery right in front of the hotel because yes the coffee is very good but 1 pastry and 1 latte is 50 CNY which is very overpriced in my opinion. Enjoy your trip, you won't regret it. Ps: to the staff I would also like to suggest that it would be better to avoid watering the tables and the chairs outside while watering the plants, because otherwise there are no places to sit and chill outside :)

There is no complaint with respect to the quality of the rooms are even with the location of the premises. Only nitpicking is with the service. They had a nonchalant attitude. Service attitude should definitely improve. We had difficulty reaching them on multiple occasions. The reception was not manned many times. Other than that, The Rooms were nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious. Amenities were good and modern, considering it's located in an ancient town. The location was good, in the sense that it's approximately 400 meters from the road where you can access taxis/Didi/buses. The location was convenient. Beds are comfortable, and the exterior is also neat. They didn't help much with sightseeing plans or in booking tickets to attractions, again itsa a service shortage.

Do not recommend this hotel although it located in the heart of the old town. Firstly it can be quite noisy as nearby there is a pub/bar which do live singing. Next highly do not recommend the family room, they are placing floor mattress next to toilet which I find it gross and uncomfortable and the wall filled with nailed which is super dangerous for kids and paint peeling off from wall and down onto the mattress. The only room are ok are the loft room but do take note of the 3 level stair climbing everyday.
