Nazhu Sky Courtyard Designer Snow Mountain View Homestay (Lijiang City Rizhao Jinshan Branch)

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The best about the whole experience was the hospitality of the staff, they were super kind and helpful throughout. It's kind of like a little family there and they are all very hardworking. The room and environment was all very comfortable, and an excellent location in Lijiang. Thank you!

Highly recommend, very clean and accomodating. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming by offering us a lot of snacks and teas to enjoy at night. The smart rooms were spacious and could be controlled entirely by voice. They also had a spacious lounge on the top floor with a beautiful view of the yulong snow mountain from the terrace. The breakfast was free and delicious. I would love to come back again and would definitely go visit their new location in shangri la. PS the pet dogs and cats were so cute.

This is the most friendliest service I’ve ever experienced. The staff very friendly, but what’s more important is how helpful they’re. No matter small or big help we ask for, they did their best to fulfill it. And the view? Just let the photo talk!

The highlight was definitely the room’s view—you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain perfectly. A bit of a walk from the main tourist spots (about 15–20 minutes) The service is incredible. They provide a homey breakfast, afternoon tea, and traditional ******* tea in the evening. The amenities are top-notch, including a Dyson hairdryer in the room, making it a place where you actually want to stay in and relax rather than just head out. One thing to note: Our room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. While the staff were helping us carry our luggage up, you still have to climb the stairs every time you return for the day. If stairs are an issue, I’d recommend booking a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, though you might trade off a bit of that perfect mountain view.

The hotel located in the small street, however, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I request the car pick up at the train station and they arrange for us easily only 40 rmb. The room is clean and warm, i have deep sleep. Anyway my friend room have the light problem. The hotel offer us new room but the all luggage was repacking. So in the morning they offered to refund the room for us. That’s is the really good response. We really appreciate it and definitely come back and recommended Top floor you can see the perfect view of jade dragon mountain. You shall stay here. The room rate are really friendly too. Recommended
