Amazing hospitality. I highly recommend this guest house. The owner, staff and the cute little doggy made me decide to stay in Lijiang for a few more days. They also provide tasty snacks and tea. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel its comforting! Its very convenient to the Old Town, there is a lot of food nearby too! All the staff are very good and humble, even with no elevator the staff will always help you with everything BONUS: there is a bery cute dog on the rooftop Definitely will be back

The services are very nice. The location is very good as it is close to old Town and the Park. Just walk 10 mins. I really like all services here. Highly recommend

Location: a bit out of the travel area but not too far. Walking distance to old town Facility: good. Bed was comfortable. Family room on the first floor has now view but dining room at 5th floor has beautiful view of snow mountain. Breakfast was enjoyable. They prepared simple bread, milk and fruit for us on the day we left early for the tour No elevator. Have to walk upstairs 5 floors for breakfast. But overall not bad Staff: friendly and helpful. Communication via wechat.

All of the stuff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The scene is incredible, the weather here changes from hour to hour, so even though the weather report says it’s cloudy, you still have a chance to see the Mt. Yulong, just be patient. It was really nice to learn a bit about the Tibet culture and drink the afternoon tea. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. It was even hard to leave.

What truly stood out was the spectacular view of Yulong Mountain from their rooftop — a breathtaking sight that I enjoyed every morning with my breakfast. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions while still being in a peaceful, quiet area. The hosts were also knowledgeable about the area, offering helpful tips on local spots to explore. Staying here felt like a perfect balance between experiencing the charm of Lijiang and enjoying the comforts of a welcoming home. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

One of the best stay for this trip to Yunan! The service was great and prompt. There would be a group chat with the staff and helped with answering whatever enquiries we have prior to the trip and arranged for pick up service from the train station. All the staff was friendly and nice. The room is clean, spacious and with a beautiful view of the yulong snow mountain, comparable to a hotel. Though there is no elevator, the staff would help to carry our luggages up to our room and give detailed instructions of the room amenities. There is a rooftop restaurant as well to go for breakfast and afternoon tea with a good view of the mountain view as well. It was a homely and pleasant experience staying at Nazhu. The tea experience was an eye-opening experience where the staff would share about the cultural aspects of naxi people and their tea culture, tasting local snacks and it was a good atmosphere to layback and interact with other guests. The location was not bad as it is walking distance to the lijiang old town - 15 to 20 minutes. Would definitely come back to Nazhu if coming back to lijiang and highly recommend to friends and family!

The room was spacious. Breakfast provided everyday is the same. Good view to see snow mountain. But the staff smoke in door. So is heavy cigarettes smoke smell.

Everything is great, staff and boss are friendly and helpful. Location wise is strategic, just a few steps away to the Lijiang ancient town. Rooftop has an amazing view that can spot the mountain easily.

Super convenient location, close to Old Town and Heilong Park. Staff is very friendly. When I stayed there, they offered breakfast, afternoon teatime, and evening teatime. The hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again. Happy Travels, Eric

The location of hotel is just walking distance for food. It isn't too far from 古城. A good massage at main Street near by hotel. Staff Service is very good. Breakfast and tea set are served.. Good view on top of the building. Worth to stay.
