Good location, short walk from main road and within Gucheng and next to Intercontinental Hotel. Easy walking distance to centre of Gucheng. Spacious room with nice tea seating area to relax. Appreciate hotel arrangement for train station pickup and luggage pickup from drop off point. Mark was friendly and gave us lots of tips and recommendations on places of interest and things to do in Lijiang. Also warn us to beware of unethical tourist traps. We have enjoyed the stay very much.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The environment was clean and pleasant, and the host was super friendly. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the morning wet market and the Zhongyi night market, ideal for budget savers. Highly recommended!

Convenient location located near the outer junction of LiJiang ancient town. Very helpful and sincerely caring hosts, will definitely revisit!

The room for family was spacious and our room comes with projector screen. Very near to the 古城. We left our ear bud at the 民宿，the staff was very nice to help to find and sent it to Shangri-la.

The Best Hotel in LiJiang! Nearest the road to book taxi and quite place! Staff very helpful for booking Yu Long Xue Shan private tour. Chill & Relax

Location is very good, near to Intercontinental Hotel where cars can drop off and it’s just a short walk in. The hosts arranged a car to pick us up from the train station and also helped with our luggages to the accommodation. Hosts were very helpful and friendly to give recommendations and getting tickets to tourist attractions. Room was decently sized, and most importantly came with heater as it was very cold during the night. Overall a good experience.

Great location, coffee shop (5 rmb for americano) few doors down, and plenty of restaurant nearby.

The room is amazing 🥹 and most definitely can fit 3 people or even 2 adults and 2 kids. There was even a little area where we could gather as a family to eat. I got this room for my elderly parents as they needed more space. On their service: My mother has trouble with her knees and climbing up stairs. Stairs are inevitable in Lijiang Old Town though, as with this hotel (don’t expect any lifts). But Mark was quick to help us with our luggages - he picked us up from outside the old town as cars aren’t allowed to enter and transported our luggages in so we didn’t have to be carry them in through the cobbled floor! The cleaning ladies were also really sweet and helped to support my mom :) On their facilities: Their facilities are generally very new and boy is it modern 🤯 They have automatic curtains, a heated toilet bowl and a heated shower (that means, blowing out hot air) - this was so needed in the cold season~ The room heating was also satisfactory, sometimes so good it became too hot 😂 马克 (Mark) is a solo tanker responsible for making his hotel a success man. Thank you Mark for being a gem of a person and an awesome hotel owner. He was sincere and really helped us get many good deals for various attractions/car services, taking into account my mom’s condition e.g. he booked us seats in the middle on the second row for 千古情 so that we could get the best view and so that my mother didn’t have to climb too many stairs. So thoughtful 🥹 (He is super bad with compliments though 🤭) I would definitely come back & definitely keep Mark as a contact

Floor of room wasn't exactly clean, housekeeping is just the basics of making bed and emptying rubbish bin. No vacuuming or refilling of shower items. The only upside was the cute fluffy corgi who's a resident there.

The room not too big but overall is good.
