We had the most wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Lijiang. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains right from the hotel grounds. The atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and truly unforgettable. Our villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable, and special mention must go to our butler, Hellen, who made our stay extraordinary. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Hellen checked in with us every afternoon to see if we needed anything, helped us plan our activities, and ensured every detail was taken care of. Her exceptional service made our experience feel personalised and seamless. We are truly grateful for her kindness. We were also taken to Tiger Leaping Gorge who helped us plan an incredible hike and was extremely knowledgable and conversational about the area. Overall, Banyan Tree Lijiang exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang. We would love to return.

The hotel is situated in a nice location which is away from the busy Lijiang old town. Our personal butler, Abby, was professional and service oriented. We wete given a free upgrade to a pool villa that has a fantastic view of the snow mountain. It was a memorable stay. Another plus was that the hotel provided a free photography session by Boujue Photography Studio, we had lots of nice photos and thanks to the great effort and the professionalism of the photographer. It is highly recommended to have your photography session during your stay there.

Butler Alice was so kind and friendly—really went above and beyond for us! She proactively helped us switch rooms because of renovation noise (超级贴心!). The whole team was quick to respond to every request, whether it was ******* deliveries or bathroom needs. Breakfast was delicious! Every corner of the hotel is great, view from our hotel room is stunning. Location to Gu Cheng is a 20mins ride via didi. There’s free photo shooting by 3rd party in the hotel. The experience was ok.  Would stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so smooth!

Love our stay here. Room is spacious and clean, and also loving the daily scents. Staff are all very friendly, we were very well taken care of by the staff. A good stay and would recommend it.
