Artblue Villas

Our stay at villa Melia exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful - the villa, the service, the breakfast. We left feeling relaxed and recharged.Every day offered a unique sunset and we had a great time around the pool and fireplace. We'll definitely return again!

Our first visit to Lefkada this summer and I found it’s best kept secret - Art Blue Villas. A selection of 6 villas positioned in quiet, well kept olive grove terraces, hidden from each other but with the most exceptional West facing views. As a family of 4 we stayed in Aledora, which like all the villas is tastefully decorated with a contemporary, beach house feel to the architecture and outdoor spaces. Great consideration and attention to detail to all the sleeping, dining and cooking spaces, compact but well equipped with good quality equipment. Little extras were there on arrival, such as fresh fruit or local delicacies and the wonderful Natasa was soon back with home made lemonde and a cold beer! Each day she replenished the fresh mint and cucumber water jug in the fridge. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully furnished with sun loungers, a pool bed and a lovely shaded dining area. Small details such as ambient outdoor and indoor lighting together with fabulous large candle lanterns and simple outdoor decor all add to the feeling of something unique and understatedly special. The West facing position ensures views to rival any venue, with incredible sunsets enjoyed on the terrace or in the pool; being high up there was often a slight breeze which made the warm evenings more comfortable. Breakfasts - I am not sure they can be summed up so simply! The menu was extensive and the majority was home made and assembled on the spot, all delivered by Dina and Natasa or team in lovely wicker baskets and ice buckets. You choose the night before and decide on a time (which goes up to late morning so no need to get up too early!). Cleaning was done daily if required and small amounts of washing are also done and returned the same day. The pool was cleaned early every morning - very quietly! Dina gave us restaurant recommendations and a fantastic taxi contact Nikos, who if not available found a replacement. The location is up a very steep winding road, so a car or taxi is needed. The local village has a good array of simple stores, coffee shop and restaurants, one of which did collection takeaway. Lefkada town is a short drive away. Finally the team, Natasa, Dina etc were exceptional, they couldn't do enough to ensure our holiday was the perfect. Thank you all so much, it was truly wonderful and we will definitely be back. We stayed for a week at Villa Iasmos - what an amazing place! The hospitality at Artbluevillas is second to none. I have travelled far and wide, and taken many villas before, and this experience was the best of all of them. Dina and Natasha consistently went out of their way to look after us beautifully - nothing was too much, and they worked very hard to make our holiday an outstanding experience. From delivering a mouthwatering breakfast daily to us (very spoiling, and something I have never experienced before on a villa holiday), to recommending a spectacular (and very reasonable) day's boat trip, and a wonderful masseuse who came to our villa, to delivering daily into our fridge a beautiful glass jug of fresh water, with mint and sliced lemon in, to recommending beaches and restaurants. Their team ensured that the villa, pool and outside space was always spotless, and the villa was as new and beautifully kept. Natasha would bring us little 'treats', eg. a tray of their own Artbluevillas camomile tea and teapot, and even one day a little locally-made fresh liqueur. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and they always ensured that the coffee pods etc were replenished daily. The view was sensational - the villa is set high up in the hills, surrounded by trees and nature, with a vista to the stunning blue sea, and with spectacular sunsets. We loved the floating mattress set at one end of the pool, which was lovely to lie on whilst watching the sun set. The beds and pillows are supremely comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep, and I loved the copper bathroom basins, and the complimentary Olive Era toiletries! The villa was very modern and stylish. What a truly wonderful week - thank you to all of you at Artbluevillas. We shall DEFINITELY return!!

Amazing place! Everything was excellent - from the room, the view, and the service. Every little detail was well thought out. Having breakfast brought to you in the room was heaven. This is the only place to stay when visiting Lefkada. We will definitely return! Thank you, Soula! ❤️

Our family of 4 stayed in Villa Levanda. This villa is so perfect that we had to go back (even with the 17 hour journey to get here from Dallas)! This spot has plenty of room for families like us with college-aged children who need plenty of space. The AC works wonderfully and we were able to turn our room into an icebox at night - just how we like it. It could definitely fit 6 guests very comfortably with its 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout. The bathrooms and bedrooms are nice and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Don’t be nervous if you don’t speak Greek. The staff here speaks great English. The owner/host of all of the Art Blue Villas, Dina, is incredibly kind and welcoming. She puts a lot of thought into each guest experience. She provides honest recommendations for restaurants and activities around Lefkada. Dina knew we were going to a beach with no service and brought us a basket of her favorite bread to snack on. It made our day and was the perfect beach snack! Natasha is the operations manager at the villas. She is very friendly and also makes the villa feel like home! These women make the experience so perfect! The breakfast provided by the company is absolutely phenomenal. Better than any brunch spot in Dallas. First of all, the presentation is so aesthetic and well thought out. Second, everything tastes so fresh and you can quite literally taste the love. I would highly recommend the honey, Greek yogurt, fresh white bread, spanakopita (Greek pastry with spinach, egg, and feta), croissants, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. Even if you’re not a fan of Greek yogurt at home, give this a shot. It’s a million times better. For juices, I recommend you try the smoothie of the day and fresh squeezed orange juice. I hope you’re hungry! Last but certainly not least is the sunset at the villa. I have attached pictures but you’ll just need to experience it yourself. We were at the villa every night to see it. Amazing photo spot and view of both the mountains and ocean. If it gets chilly, there are blankets in the downstairs room closet to curl up with! We went in May so the nights were a bit cool (high 60s), but in July you will be just fine in a swimsuit in the evening. I truly couldn’t recommend this spot more! I hope to go back for a 3rd time someday!
