Hotel Aloisi

Unfortunately I had the worst night sleep I've ever had in this hotel. Well to be accurate, I got no sleep at all! They have spent money on doing up their hotel and the lobby and restaurant looks stunning, and the breakfast was great. However, they have not given the same attention to detail to their rooms. There was a smell that was like drains in the room which was horrible.There is a dangerous shelf with a metal railings hanging above the place you put a suitcase which my partner hit his head on the sharp corner... not a clever decision to put it there. The paintwork in our room was unfinished, the towels were threadbare, and the mattress was truly terrible - so cheap and so uncomfortable I was in great pain. I went to complain at 2am and was taken to another empty room to give me a pillow from the bed there - I asked if I could sleep in that room instead but I was told I wasn't allowed to. We had a second night there, so as I could not sleep due to the cheap old mattress, I spent the night searching for another hotel to stay in. It then took two more days to get the hotel to refund me for the second night and lots of phone calls as they had to take it up with the hotel owner Aloisi who was on holiday. They should have refunded me for the first night too really as I was treated terribly. Even the nice Receptionist on the desk in the morning -Maurizio said they didn't get it right, and I should have been offered another room. So no personal service received there at all. It would have been nice to have heard from Aloisi himself with an apology.

Le stanze sono abbastanza accoglienti,climatizzate, c'è un frigo purtroppo vuoto. Per quanto riguarda la prima colazione si tratta perlopiù di consumare gli avanzi della pasticceria presente in hotel, non esiste un copri vivande su nessuno degli alimenti presenti e tutto è lasciato un po' al caso per quanto riguarda il numero degli ospiti presenti, per farla breve chi si sveglia presto ha più possibilità di fare una colazione abbondante e decente . Sconsiglio vivamente di pranzare o cenare perché le pietanze sono pessime, il servizio altrettanto, il pane a volte è di tre giorni prima ed il personale non è attento e professionale. Persino uno spaghetto aglio olio e peperoncino è una sfida troppo ostica per lo chef.

Il valore aggiunto è il Personale: gentile e disponibile. Se viaggi in bicicletta, puoi posteggiare in sicurezza sia bicicletta che auto. Ottima colazione. Suggerimenti : controllare le camere per qualche lavoretto di manutenzione. Grazie al Signor Maurizio e al signor Ismail.

Motel molto discutibile, il personale dovrebbe imparare le basi dell'educazione. Le camere non sono niente di che per il prezzo richiesto e alcune non dotate nemmeno del bidet. Su Lecce c'è sicuramente di meglio a livello di accoglienza e di camere. Sconsigliato!!

Fantastica Lecce, il centro storico è bellissimo, negozi ristoranti monumenti chiese, davvero una bella città dove sono stato per 4 giorni e mi sono trovato molto bene, ci tornerei non nel periodo estivo ma in primavera, che secondo me è il periodo più adatto per visitarla. note negative le tantissime rotatorie, la mancanza di sedili in piazza ed in centro storico che non ci permetteva di riposarci seduti, e purtroppo ma qui è un discorso particolare, i prezzi che qualcuno non riesce più a contenere.

Dit was het eerste hotel van onze 15 dagen Puglia vakantie wat het beste ontbijt heeft. Mauricio heeft ons na één overnachting de volgende dag een andere kamer aangeboden op dezelfde verdieping als de kamer van onze kinderen. Dat was heel fijn. Dit restaurant heeft een eigen bar en patisserie waar je tot op de avond gebruik van kan maken. Het personeel in het restaurant en schoonmaak zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze kunnen ook in het Engels communiceren. Dat hebben wij in de andere hotels niet meegemaakt. Er zijn wel wat aandachtspunten die verholpen kunnen worden en dat is de lift die zakt als je instapt. De douchekraan die geen thermostaatkraan is. Dit maakt het douchen aangenaam en minder kans op verbranding. Het water bij de wastafel blijft ook in de koude stand vaak warm en loopt niet goed af. De deur kan vervangen worden voor een schuifdeur en levert meer ruimte op. De deur opent nu naar binnen en daardoor weinig bewegingsruimte in de badkamer.Als de badkamer op deze punten aangepast worden, zal dit meer punten opleveren voor het hotel.
