It is a family run business. Do not expect luxury, but basics are covered. Hosts are friendly and responsive. They also provide homely food for a charge, which is really useful, as there are no good places to eat around. Location is also great

The rooms are like a box. We checked out in 1 hr. Couldn't stay in that room. At least the deluxe rooms are a bit spacious but the standard rooms are really like a box. No windows to see what's outside. If anyone just wants to sleep and leave the next morning the hotel is worth it. But if you think it can show you lavasa then a big disappointment. Waste of our money. I paid for a day, which is literally a waste. We ended up staying somewhere else paying less with a beautiful view and balcony.

Very near to christ university lavasa. Many shops are there. Perfect place to stay. The room is neat and the clean bathroom is also clean overall a good experience.

Tv and intercom was out of order, ac was also not working initially, only one *** is there, no food, not even a cup of tea one can get.

Very small room, but ok to stay for one night. In market and you can explore the things. No service expected. Near by food locations
