When I arrived to our room I noticed a towel hanging over the shower curtain dripping wet . Had to ask numerous of times to have the use towels removed . It took the whole day before housekeeping to come clean the bathroom . The second day I requested housekeeping to clean the room left for hours came back to my room still not clean. Then was told we don’t clean the rooms daily . I had to request new towels each day and the amount of people I talk about housekeeping is ridiculous. I finally just gave up and clean the room myself .

It was a very run down hotel, it doesn't look that bad in the photo but when entering the lobby, it is like entering ******* house. OMG. The room feels so creepy, I personally wouldn't recommend friends to this place unless they want some free entry to ******* house. 😱 Hotel room was a distance from the lobby, not a very pleasant stay I would say. Out of my 1000+ photo I have taken during my trip to Vegas, I only have this 1 photo of the bell desk slip in the hotel, that's how ******* it was to take pic in the hotel.

Its not bellargio but great fun place pool rides n location

I thought the check-in experience was just a one-time hiccup but that turned out to be just the tip of the iceberg! This lady at the check-in kiosk told me I couldn’t use my driver’s license because the machines only accept Nevada ones! I had to wait in a long line to get to a human, only to be told to go back to a machine to scan my Illinois license to checkin! The room barely had basic necessities! No fridge, no coffee stand, no shampoo in the bathroom! Like where am I at? Some campsite? The advertised “free wifi” was slow as hell! That was topped up but getting turned off around 6am on the checkout day! Can’t they leave it on (running slow as it is) until 11am, when I am supposed to have checked out?

I liked the super clean and quiet place the day I was there. The person who attended me was super friendly and helped me in everything. The room had no noise and was clean. I had a great night’s rest.

It’s old and dirty hotel. I asked for hot water and cant provide. No one clean the room for two days

Pros: nice view, clean room, comfortable bed. Cons: they want money for literally everything! No breakfast with no option to buy it as an extra, only expensive buffet and on-site restaurants. No fridge/microwave/coffee maker - if you want one you can rent it for extra! There are no shared kitchen amenities in the building as well - they want you to go to restaurants. No free wifi - only extra slow 24h complimentary wifi. Awful parking - 5 minutes walking from the entrance. Far from everything - need to use taxi all the time.

huge hotel. nice location, walking distance about 30-40 minutes to caesar lalace and surround. free circus show hourly, family friendly. could be a little confusing when you first arrive because this hotel and casino is huge. elevator available. rent car Avis available inside the hotel lobby

Mass of people in the lobby to check-in. Many guests brought in coolers with alcohol to get drunk in their hotel rooms. Too many low class people! One room directly in front our room, a teenage girl was sleeping outside the door.

We enjoyed our stay and loved that they could book our rooms next to each other to access the door that combines the two rooms for more peace of mind with going on vacation with our kids. The only thing we didn't like is they now charge for Ice & Water when we were at the pool, not even ice was free with our own cup. With the heat being 107 you would think they would be more compassionate.

Hotel is huge, big casino, and lots of amenities inside the hotel. Location es good, at the end of the strip. It is a bit outdated. Still rooms are decently big and clean for the price. There was a huge line for checking in.

It is a great hotel and room for the price. There is so much to do in the hotel that you don’t even need to leave it.

My phone internet keep getting jam during all parts of the hotel

Ac was not working. Dirty room. Alot of negetive things. Don’t waste time here. Add 30 dollars more get something better
